I was sent to this auto body repair center for an insurance claim. Unfortunately, I did not qualify for repairs to be estimated and repaired at this locations due to some alleged previous damage on my vehicle. It’s a policy of my insurance company, to which the shop was complying with. That was not an issue in the least, I understand rules. The problem was the gentleman in charge acted, for lack of a better term, like a douche-​bag. He had a very dismal «bedside manner» and needs to learn to talk to people in a more amicable way instead of being so accusatory and generally distasteful. The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating, that’s why they get two stars, but the sour taste left in my mouth by whomever was in charge was a bit too lemony for me. I would pass on this location and find somewhere a bit more hospitable.
Also…what manager comes to work in plaid shorts!!! When you are in charge, maybe khakis or some other form of work pant would be a little more appropriate. Geeze!

Northwest Auto Body & Service was amazing to work with from the first phone call I made to them all the way to picking my car up once the repairs were complete. My car was hit on a parking lot, I didn’t want to go anywhere but Northwest because I had heard such great things about them. The work they did looks fantastic and they had my car back to me in half the time that I expected them to have it. Thank you all so much you were a pleasure to work with, from the reception desk to the actual worker that fixed my car and everyone in between (John), you were all great. I hope never to need repairs from an accident again, but if I do you will be my first call!
