Money Talks Smart Phone Repair and Unlock Center

I had just gotten my new phone last week and just a few days l dropped it and cracked the screen. Fortunately, I still had my old phone, so it was just a matter of switching screens, but that is something way beyond me.
I called one place in Norwalk and they said could not do it, probably because there was no need to buy a new screen. Anyway, I headed over to Money Talks and asked me if they could help. Sure enough, a short time later the screens were switched. My brand new phone no longer has a scratched screen.
I thought the price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. Ozzy helped me and he took great pride in telling me about helping a woman whose dead phone had photos of her recently deceased mother. She had been turned away at other stores, but he rescued the photos after a good deal of effort and he had a very happy customer! That story said a lot about the quality of service at Money Talks.

STAY AWAY! Charged me $ 170 and the phone came back to me with the same problem that I brought it in for. He told me he warrantied any work done, but when I called 3 weeks later to tell him the problem was not fixed he told me I would have to pay again, for the same parts, to have it fixed again. Way too expensive when he «fixes» with unreliable, cheap Chinese parts and then expects you to pay again when they don’t work!

Had my screen replaced on ipad 4 they broke my home button. Did a lousy job putting new screen on. & the screen cracked the next day ! Should of just went to apple. I wasted $ 120 on a horrible job ! Will not recommended this place ever again !

Had to get an iPhone 4S ASAP and looked around and founded this place! Guy there is nice and hooked me up on my screen replacement. I had already bought a screen replacement from amazon/​eBay but I didn’t have the patience to do it myself. Done right there in front of you in like 15 mins tops. Would greatly recommend this place to anyone who aren’t the DIY type. They also so phone unlocks which I would probably go try with them in the near future.
