If I could give a minus 1 trust me it would get a minus10 Tech support is awful I call at about once a week and after waiting I always get someone who states the problem shows to my house and that their equipment is working well Today when I called they told me that the problem was probably someone trying to steal my identity and for 19.95 a month they could add protection on my line isn’t that a hoot seeing how the equipment is ok then when I asked if I had a contract with them they sent me to billing on hold 5 ½ minutes only for a recording to come on and say there was no one working on Sunday Go figure a communication company with no communication within and they wonder why they are getting TERRIBLERATINGSANDGIVINGTOTALLYTERRIBLESERVICE Run as fast as you can and find another provider!!!

I called to get general info on their services and the first rep I talked to didn’t seem to know anything she had to put me on hold many times to find out the answers to my questions. The second rep was a bit more helpful although he kept me on the phone for over an hour. He then was supposed to call me back with the final price on the package I requested however I never heard from him. So basically I had a horrible experience before I even started anything. I’m definitely not going to do any business with these clowns, so rude and pathetic.

Frontier is terrible. Had ATT and they sold the business to Frontier. AT&T was overcharging me and I had to call every month and they would fix it for the month and not permanently. They sold the business to Frontier and frontier bills me for the wrong amount. I have called them and sent them letters and they do not do anything. I sent the balance of the payment for the period on the account and will be leaving them once the one year period expires. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone-even my worst enemy.

I have nothing good to say about Frontier Internet. They are as awful as it gets, slow beyond compare. I really hope they improve because I would love to keep their service, we’ll see in time.
