Captain’s Pizza House Restaurant

So I ordered my food and went to pick it up… get home it’s the wrong order the pizza was right but instead of wings I got French fries… I called twice and the phone got hung up or disconnected. So I had to drive all the way back from my house to the pizza place. I calmly told him that the Order was wrong. He accepted that he was wrong and that he offered to give me food but not my money! That was 18 and some change! I ate one slice and offered to pay for that once slice. I personally didn’t want to wait for the food (loss of appetite) or feel it was fair that he not offer me my money back. So I said ok and said I not want nothing. So he got the food and money! He should have given the money back or offered because I had to drive 15 min across town 4 times. This isn’t the first time my order was wrong but this is the last time! He lost a customer! Him giving my money back would have been the right thing to do! So last time he gets my money.

Amazing pizza! They serve beer. Captains special is tasty… deep dish is yum! Please get a fountain soda machine, though!

Decent pizza joint. I wonder how places like these are able to maintain with so many ‘better’ Italian Restaurants in the area (‘better’ in my opinion). The interior reminds me more of a diner than a pizza place, but that’s not a big deal.
Good pizza, good Grinder, good service and good prices.
