It took almost an hour for our food to arrive! Our waitress was bitchy and didn’t seem to realize or care how slow the service really was. I ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich with bacon. Seriously, it shouldn’t take that long! I don’t think I will visit this location again!

Not what you would expect at a Bob Evans. Had breakfast here while passing through WV. Hash browns were only browned on top and were salty. My biscuits were stale and not even warm enough to melt the butter. My husband’s toast was cold and his sausage patties were over cooked and dried out Coffee didn’t even taste fresh. Visible dust on window blinds and restroom not particularly clean. Service was good though

The food was great. The service was even better. The price is a little high. The store was closing in 30 minutes, yet still delivered a great experience.

This is the WORST Bob Evans Restaurant I have ever had a meal. I arrived about 7pm after long work day and no food since 6:30am. I should have turned around a left for ANY other place. Every empty table, at least 10 and the counter service, was loaded with uncleared dishes and food! There were food scraps under most the empty tables. The tables were not bussed and cleared the whole time 45 minutes I was there! After 25 minutes I finally received my food. The fish was old, and smelled like smelly fish. The carrots and broccoli were old and dry and unappetizing. The biscuits were doughy and sickening! THELOCALHEALTHDEPARTMENTSHOULDCLOSETHISPLACEDOWN! Whoever is the General Manager should be retrained or fired! I am very disappointed with this location; as I give good Reviews to the Ripley, South Charleston and Parkersburg WV locations!

This place used to be great for breakfast, management changed, food is terrible, service went down hill. Have heard from others I know that they have had several bad experiences here. I contacted corporate about how me and my 3yr old daughter were treated around 8:25 pm one night while driving by, she wanted cereal. The guy working at the counter said«we don’t serve cereal» then looked down and went about his business, no «can we get you something else»? just looked away and ignored us. If you want to go to Bob Evans go to the one in White Hall, WV about 12 miles north of this crappy one.

We had a great experience here. Great breakfast with the best eggs I’ve had in years… They had FLAVOR! Great bacon and sausage. Good service. Good iced tea too.

The worst experience ever! The food was awful. They don’t prepare food on premises, just reheat something from the freezer. And whole restaurant was filthy. There were trashes not only under the tables, but also on them. I really don’t like to give bad rewiews but we were so disappointed that I decided to write this review to warn others.

We have dined here on multiple occasions with no complaint. Our last experience was so awful we will not return. Another guest was wearing a very graphic and obscene t-shirt, with several large print expletives written thereon. The guest was seated with his back to dining room for all to see. I was with my wife and two young daughters(who can read). I asked an assistant manager to seat the guest with his back to the wall, so that the shirt was no longer visible. They complied, as did the guest. No apology was offered and I felt as though the level of service decreased after the request. I paid the store manager as we left, and he was completely silent on the matter, even when I brought it up he ignored me and muttered under his breath. I asked for the corporate number so that I could share our experience with corporate, he again muttered below his breath and avoided eye contact. I called the guest relations number he provided and I was advised that the chain has no policies concerning anything printed on clothing as far as refusing service or moving guests in a manner similar to this situation. The call center was mater-a-fact about how they will serve ANYONE. I’m not a prude, and have heard and even used the words printed on said t-shirt…as I serve in the US Army. Call me old fashioned, but I want my dining experience to have some class, especially when I’m with my family. I though Bob Evans was a family friendly restaurant. I was wrong. Sadly McDonald’s has a better dining experience than this chain.

As most Bob Evans locations in the US you get fast, friendly service and reasonable food for a fair price. The same here, this was an average Bob Evans chain store(I happen to like them ok)
