I received a gift certificate for a massage. I booked my appointment with Kimberly based only on availability. She is amazing! I prepaid for two more massages before leaving.

It is a clean and quiet place. Massage and scrub were done well. The staff is friendly and polite.

I bought the groupon for 3 services and it was a great price so I thought I would give it a try. I chose the relaxation massage, reflexology, and salt scrub body glow. The massage and reflexology were fine — average massage, not much technique but it was relaxing enough. The problem was the salt scrub glow. There was no consideration for modesty so please be advised if you are considering this spa and are accustomed to very professional spas such as Red Door. After being asked to remove my bathing suit bottom (which I wore during the massage portion), the salt scrub was applied and I was covered by small towels (this was not the problem) during the scrub, the problem was when I was asked to shower. The shower is in the massage room and while I showered to remove the salt scrub, the therapist stayed in the room to clean the massage table so lotion could be applied when I came out. The shower door was clear glass, not even tinted. I don’t think she was «looking» per say but I was still uncomfortable. If you prefer a reasonable level of modesty, this may not be the place for you.
I went with a friend of mine and she did not have the same experience I did. She said her therapist «was very chatty» but did not ask her to remove her bottoms for the scrub and left the room while she showered.
Also, upon leaving the person at the desk (owner or manager?) was very pushy about selling the monthly membership. We politely declined.
The establishment itself is clean and the rooms are adequate. The slippers they gave me to wear were grey from wear and falling apart.

I purchased a groupon for a sugar salt glow treatment, facial and foot reflexology massage. I was very pleased with how clean the spa is. The staff is warm and welcoming. Anabella was the one that performed all 3 services, and I couldn’t be happier. The facial was amazing, I loved the pumpkin face cleanser that was used. The glow treatment left my skin feeling very smooth and shiny and the foot reflexology was heaven. I would highly recommend.

I love this place. I tried it with a groupon and I was hooked. I’ve given gift certificates to everyone because it’s such a treat to go to this place.
The staff Natalia, Daniela, Roddy, Anamarie are fantastic! I had the most amazing massage with Samantha! It was just what I needed. The facials are wonderful, too.
Last month I tried the body polishing. Fantastic. I felt so clean and fresh afterwards.
The spa is immaculate, well run and professional. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a break or an afternoon of pampering!

My wife treated me to a coupon for reflexology and my first ever facial.
While I have had many types of massage, including reflexology, the facial thing was new, and I had no idea what to expect.
The location is in a small strip across the street from Terra Rustica restaurant, and has its own parking lot. My appointment was with Natalia, who my wife highly recommended. The interior is decorated in cool, relaxing tones, and other than being small, is similar to high end spas one can find in luxury hotels.
The treatment room was also a bit small, but the music was very relaxing and the table was heated, so I was able to ratchet down a few gears right way. While I still have no idea exactly what went on and off my face, I can tell you the steam treatment and products used were all comfortable and left my skin clean and soft.
The foot and hand reflexology were also very relaxing and I know I fell asleep a couple of times along the way.
I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and can highly recommend Vivid and Natalia.
My wife is signed up for the once-​a-​month club. Good stuff!

I was there today, the service is unbelievable. I did have facial and massage. It was so relaxing. Will have to find time to do it more often.

Nice place, great massage and facial experience, welcoming and soothing atmosphere in general. No «usual» up sale attempts which i so dislike in many other places. Definitely will be back for more!
