This is ice cream shipped from a factory supplier made with gelatin and corn syrup. Nothing unique, homemade, or even vegetarian about it. Schoolhouse and sundae school much much better.

Ice cream was great, as was the service! Our server suggested that I try a sample to make sure I liked the flavor before committing to a scoop, which I appreciated. I also found the prices to be reasonable!

It’s great that Brewster has a go-to ice cream shop. The ice cream is ok, but it could be better. It’s worth the trip if you’re in the area, or shopping at the Brewster store.

The ice cream and the customer service are just okay. Before we went here, we were told it is has the best ice cream in Cape Cod. While I have not tried all ice creams on the cape, this is just okay. Nothing incredible to make it stand out. And I have had way better ice cream. It was a complete let down for me after all the hype.

Decent ice cream, although the tiny interior can cause congestion. Staff does well to work through it. Later hours are also helpful.

Great ice cream. The only problem is the line is always so long!

Ice cream is just fine. However, the attitude is absolutely horrible. These people — owned by Brewster General Store — have no regard for customers whatsoever. Latest is accelerated closing time. Supposed to be 10PM but now the door is locked as early as 9:30. Grumpy manager doesn’t get the most basic concepts of a retail business. Go to Kate’s, only a mile west on 6A. Same ice cream and friendlier people.

The cotton candy ice cream is the best! It’s the best place for ice cream on the cape!!! You should try it and you will love it.

Stopped in after driving back from Provincetown and boy was it worth it! Delicious ice cream. I had the purple cow and the razzle and they were both awesome. Give it a try if you’re on 6A.

Large scoops of ice cream goodness. Long lines in the summertime. I sent the kids off to buy ice cream while I shopped for souvenirs at the Brewster General Store next door. Parking can be tricky since the lot is so tiny.

Very good ice cream. A little tough to get in and out(if you’re driving), but park on the other side of the general store and you shouldn’t have a problem.

ice-cream is good(note to previous review — two years ago — this is NOT homemade) but service is awfully rude. i also hate hate HATE this parking lot. its treacherous. milky way is yummy. as is the good olé fashioned vanilla.

This yummy ice cream shop is tucked under the Brewster General Store, giving it a steady influx of sugar-hungry shoppers. The homemade ice cream is quite good — try the peppermint or Milky Way flavors, both of which are really tasty.

Best ice cream on the cape, especially the pistachio.
