Great store, very pleasant employees, will never go back to the UPS store in sand creek.

Quick service. Never stand in-line. Great customer service. They have all postal service you’ll need and office supplies.

Never had an issue here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always use this store rather than going to the post office. Way faster and much nicer employees.

I have never had a problem at this store and actually enjoy the sense of humor the owner maintains. Aside from the $ 1 to use a piece of tape(learned to work with that and now carry tape in my car — which has come in handy for other applications as well) they seem pretty competent. I love the greeting cards selection they have too.

Any UPS store is going to be convenient for obvious reasons. However, that being said, there is another one on Sand Creek — 5 minutes away from this one. The owners run this one themselves and are extrememly unprofessional. I had to go in here several times while my printer was down and had a small package to send, all in the same week. The female always looks like she just rolled out of bed and refers to her husband as if he has no clue how to do things around there. She marches around as if she has the most important job in the world and complains that she has to be there alone when there are more than 3 customers waiting. I was charged $ 3.00 for plugging my memory stick into their computer to open a PDF and print… and another dollar for about 6 inches of tape to close my very small package. I dont know, these just seemed like things that could be considered courtesy if you want repeat business. When I asked if I could make a copy, she asked if I had done it before — i said ‘no’… I meant I had never done it HERE before. She acted like she was a genius for knowing how to use a copy machine while showing me when all I needed to know was how to plug the counter card in. Another day I was there when her husband was working. He scoffed and showed his frustration over not being able to find something ‘because his wife never puts anything back where it belongs’ I prefer to spend my money where people are professional and appreciate my business and dont need to charge me for tape and plugging in my USB stick. I was already paying for the copies and the shipping,
