I always get great service at this location. The staff always greet you right away when you walk in the door. They offer samples. They don’t seem to mind giving out lots of samples. They do seem understaffed. The place is always busy and has long lines. I was lucky tonight to be first in line. I had the Brownie Sundae and it was sublime. I of course had a craving for ice cream and they are open until 10pm on Saturday nights.

I’ve lived here for 11 years and I’ve never been in this Baskin-​Robbins Ashley helped us she was super nice. My milkshake it was delicious my only concern was the cup on the display was not the right cup they gave me they told me they change the cops well management how about we change the display To the right one I was tempted to leave three or four stars but because Ashley and her coworker were so nice and the shake tasted so good I gave you the five star rating

This place is always crowded. The line sometimes goes to the front door and even behind. They have great flavors of ice cream. The have sugar-​free and sorbet ice cream. They have good ice cream cake too. The staff is ok, they’re definitely working under pressure. We love the banana royal!

We were greeted immediately and took out time making a decision on what to get.
I sampled a few ice creams before deciding to get a banana split! SO glad that I did! I chose 3 different ice creams and it was pretty cheap. My coworker got a smaller version.
Amy was great! She was helpful with making an ice cream choice, friendly and enthusiastic.

I came in for a two scoop ice cream sundae because I saw it in their website. The difference between what was depicted and what I received is sadly way off. The employees seem aggravated with having to take care of customers and none could be seen or heard using niceties that you would expect to hear from customer service employees. Chocolate fudge, chocolate chip mint, bubble gum, jamoca almond fudge and the list of complete yumminess goes on and on. This place is always a hit with me. The store is always clean and the staff are always friendly and know how to handle a line.

Came out here for the corn festival and it was scorching hot. Decided to get my 2yr old some ice cream. The girl working was great with him. She let him try all the flavors he wanted and was very patient.
