Clean, fast, thoroughly drive-in delicious. Went in to indulge cravings from my college years and was pleasantly surprised that it’s all as good as I remember. Cherry limeade, light on syrup and OMG the tots!

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. I went to the sonic on page. My order was incorrect. I noticed after I was a few miles down the road. I stopped at the sonic by my house. They are not franchised so I was hoping to get it replaced. I had the receipt and uneaten food. The manager chastised my for 3 minutes on the need to return to the page sonic for replacement. I explained I live near by and was not going back to that part of town. She then went on to explain I was messing up her food cost ??? While glaring at me she retreated with the defective food to remake the order. I hit the speaker and told her not to bother. I didn’t want to jack up her food cost. I am now in line at steak’n shake down the street.

Awful! We pulled up around 5:15 pm. Only car there ordered two large drinks. One drink was an unsweet tea. We were brought out one medium drink and one RT44 and when I asked her to fix the medium one she didn’t want to do it because they had made the other drink a RT44. Then when I tasted the tea it had obviously been sitting all day so I asked for something else and was told that the reason my tea tasted so bad was because it was unsweet and that is how unsweet tea tastes! Are you kidding me??? Please train your staff to treat the customer with respect and to fix mistakes ASAP without argument!

My experience at this so incall was horrible. Took 25 minutes to get one order and of course they forgot my sauce so I went back for it and the gravy looked like water :(

Their sound system needs some work… mumbled quality and it is a very loud area for cars and such — they couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear them. The hotdog and tots were awesome and delicious… but — I ended up ordering one mango slush a hotdog and tots and paid 11.00 — why you ask??? because I asked for ice water and then I thought it would be cool to have it as slush ice… they didnt’ tell me this would be sugar water and they showed up at my car with two large mango slush — two plain slush which was sweetened water and my dog and tots… I knew it was all wrong but I was tired from my move and hungry as a damn bear so I didn’t argue just shook my head and put those cups in my car thinking they need to get a clue… and next time I will just take my ice water normal — lesson learned!!!

Usually I won’t stop at Sonic because the food is low quality even by fast food standards and the service leaves something to be deserved. I really wanted some tater tots though so I pulled into this location. After more than 10 minutes of no response from the staff and seeing two employees talking on their cell phones including one who simply walked right past my car, I simply left. I understand working in a fast food place kind of sucks(I did it in high school for a few years when I worked in a local sandwich shop) but I am always amazed at how mediocre to poor the customer service is at most fast food places with Sonic being towards the bottom of the fast food chain list in my experience. I have no idea if this normal level of customer service but judging from the other reviews it isn’t. I know I won’t stop here again & would advise others not to either.

The first time I went here I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order, and they never did, so I left. I went back, hoping that the second time around would be better and it was. It tastes like every other Sonic, but the service is below par.

I have always enjoyed Sonic food and drinks. However, it is very difficult to enjoy them from a location that consistently gets an order wrong, despite taking 10 minutes to fill it. The attitude encountered when they are informed that an order is incorrect is unbelievable. I’m done patronizing this location.

Good fast service. Daily happy hour on drinks(½ price) from 2−4pm is a plus. I’m in love with the diet cherry lime-aid. Perfect for the summertime weekends as I’m driving to/from Home Depot or Lowe’s running errands.

I’m not sure if I’m just retarded, and don’t know what the cherry limeade is supposed to taste like, or the people inside don’t know what they’re doing — but the few times I’ve been here to order a cherry limeade, I’m always given the wrong thing(and find this out after I’ve already left). One girl also didn’t know what my change was supposed to be, and it was all of like, 6 cents or something. Really? Meh.

I love Sonic. Being from Maryland, there is only one Sonic Drive In and it’s about three hours away from where I was staying. Going to get Sonic was an event. I don’t get this non-chalantness of people who live here. It’s freakin’ Sonic! Come on now. Get excited. Oh well, I’m freakin’ excited.
