They close at 8 I’ve been calling since 745trying to place an order and the worker isn’t answering I showed up here by 750 and she’s closed down already I see her inside she’s more concerned about leaving than the business I used to work here foods great they need new employees

Not good. Hard to understand the sandwich
maker. Spoke VERY VERY quiet, heavy accent and very short/​rude when we asked her to repeat what she said. Good on the floor under all of the tables and the sauce bottles were so sticky that I had to go wash my hands after using them. Sandwich tasted good. Only reason I gave them one star.

If you see this Quiznos and get excited, don’t be. The kitchen area Was extremely dirty and gross with left over sandwiches out with the vegetables. I ordered a black angus beef sandwich and got ice cold unflavored brisket on soggy bread. Also the workers were saying very rude things in Spanish to each other. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually has good food.

Dirty. Rude. Stingy. The worst Quiznos I have been to. These people can’t be making their sandwiches to company standard. The toppings were minimal and this place is filthy. Will not return. Ever.

Not good, rude service by the sandwich maker. I had regular pastrami, meat was minimal, veggies were limited, went through the oven and was still cold. Price is way high, $ 16.00 for a reg. sandwich, reg. soup, and regular drink, wow that’s getting up there, will not be back!

Foods is ok but service blows I’m not here to be someone that you want to be rude to because your in a bad mood.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The service stinks! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! The two girls working there act as if they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. There was no hello, no smile, no greeting.
The girl making my sandwich must not have heard me ask for lettuce. When I re-​entered the store with sandwich in hand, the same girl that made my sandwich just stood there looking at me. She never asked if she could help me or asked if there was a problem. Hello??? I’m walking right back into the store with my sandwich in my hand. I would think it’s obvious that there’s a problem.
When the cashier finished with the only customer in the store, she then asked if she could help me. I directed my problem to the girl standing behind her staring at me (you know, the one that made my sandwich). I said to her that there was no lettuce on my sandwich and asked if I could please get some lettuce on it. She very rudely said to me, «YOU DIDN’T ASK FOR LETTUCE! When I asked you if you wanted anything else, you said you wanted NOTHING!!!» I could not believe my ears. Her voice was raised and she was trying to argue with me.
I don’t believe that the customer is always right, but I do believe in good customer service.
I called and complained to the corporate office.
Two weeks later I followed up with the owner. I now realize why these girls act the way they do. The owner just didn’t get it. He kept saying that everybody make mistakes and if I come back in he will make sure I get lettuce on my sandwich. I kept reiterating that the problem was not lack of lettuce, the problem was how his employee handled the situation. He still doesn’t get it.
I will NEVER step foot in that establishment again. It’s a shame because we used to be regulars there before this new owner took over.

They made my veggie avocado sandwich perfectly & even added extra veggies when I asked for them! The girls that worked there were sooo nice! The other sandwich I exerted was an angus steak sandwich & I heard that one was really good too! All their breads, meats & veggies were really fresh & the store was nice & clean. I’ll definitely be back here!

The worst exerience I have ever had at a restaurant The Staff was so rude. My son bought me a gift card from restarurants all around town. One card was from Brentwood Quiznos. They could not get the gift card to work. Instead of helping me with this issue. she had me stand aside, while she helped all of the other customers in line. Finally, she said she would not honor the card unless she had the receipt. she then sent me home to get the receipt, stating she would honor the card once I returned with the receit. I went home got the receipt and returned and she still refused to honor the gift card. Unbelievable. I know the gift card was only twenty bucks, but for me that is a lot of money, which they took from me. What terrible customer service. I will never return to Quiznos.

The worst quiznos I’ve ever been to and the experience was so horrible I’ve never gone back.
It took them 30 minutes to remake my sandwich twice! (It really was an incredibly easy sandwich to make) and by the time they got it to me it was relatively burnt. To avoid having the two employees take forever again, I just paid too much money for a small, burnt sandwich and went on my way.
The customer service is one of the worst. The majority of the employees make it seem like that is the last place they want to be and unfortunately, it rubs off on the customers as well.

I love this place. Quiznos is one of my favorite sandwich stops, and this Brentwood location is definitely one of my favorites. The owners are very friendly and they give generous portions compared to other Quiznos facilities. I work down the street and frequent the place often. Try a turkey sandwich on rosemary parmesan bread with chipotle mayo, mustard, olives, jalapenos, lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese. Toasted, of course. It’s to die for!

Worst quiznos I have ever been to. Their owners are really cheap and always cheap out on everything. Charged for batch 83 sauce until they realized they can’t.
