I’ve been coming to this Panda Express for a few years now and the food is pretty good but I hate how stingy they are with the food; they barely give you one spoon full of the entrée you order. I also don’t like they try round the price of your order by asking if you want to donate the rest to «charity» while they ring that dumb bell; its annoying.

My go-to place for takeout Chinese in Brentwood! The staff are usually kind and helpful, the food rocks, and for dinner there is usually a line out the door. It can get a little pricey, but it’s worth it. They do fundraisers for schools too!

I like most of the food especially the grilled chicken, orange chicken, and the chicken string bean. I wish the fried rice had more flavor though

My biggest issue with this Panda express is the fact that it is so slow. you will wait in line for 30 minutes. I’ve made several online orders and I’ve gone when it was supposed be ready and yet it never is. Food isn’t bad but service will kill you!

It’s convenient. It’s fast and it is open late. There are nights I am happy it’s available in my area. We just moved here in Brentwood :-)

There’s nothing wrong with this place. Tasty food, reasonable prices, clean front of the house, fast & friendly service. I don’t care about the ethnicity of the cook, or that I cannot understand the servers; I point & they understand. As for authenticity… what the heck do I care; we’re not in Asia.

The food is okay, and the service is decent. I was told that 1 set of veggie spring rolls are $ 1.50& a 2nd set would cost $ 1.95…why the f*ck does it matter how many I buy & why does the price go up with additional ones??? This makes no sense. I’ve never bought anything where the price goes up if you buy more. If anything the price goes down the more you buy. Very strange, and even the other people I was with thought it was totally bizarre.

I feel sorry for anyone that rates this food at anything over 2 stars. get out of your double wide and explore some cites that have an Asian population and have real Chinese food.

Food was decent, not everything was hot. Service was a bit disorganized, like they couldn’t decide who was going to do which job, they kept trading places… our plates passed between 3 different sets of hands. This is also the first Panda EVER where they weigh your plate prior to checkout. It’s a franchise so perhaps the owner is a little stingy? Oh well. Guess ours passed inspection(ie: underweight) because they didn’t remove anything, which if they had, we would have been totally done!

This place is hit or miss. The orange chicken tends to be stiff difficult to chew. I’ve had better Panda Express

The food is always solid, typical Panda Express. We ate there the other day and they must have been short staffed. I am giving them 3 stars because the cook came out and got a glass of water, touched the soda machine and counter and then went back to cooking with out washing his hands… A big NONO. Other wise, dining room clean and food standard.

Same Panda food as all the others, except this place is clean! And the women that work there are always really nice to me, service is quick and they always make fresh food for me if I am being picky and don’t want what has been sitting in the pan for a while.

This panda’s lines aren’t as long as those at the one by Target –_-;;. Lucky for me, I was on my way to pick up my friend from Brentwood Center & decided to go to this Panda vs the one by Target after I finished grabbing things. The line was outrageous at the other Panda, the line was out the door? Anyway, this Panda Express can line up around 7pm but not as early or big as the other one. Sucks that I waited for a new batch of fried rice to get cooked for my meal but I was compensated with a free drink, lol.

Thursday evening and I stopped by with my son since he likes Panda Express. He had the kids meal, which is a small one item tiny box that comes in addition to your chow mein or fried rice. Of course most reading this will already know that since this is a chain but just in case. You also get an additional cookie to the fortune cookie with the kids meal. I had the 2 item meal with fire-cracker chicken and pepper chicken. Basically I had chicken. Every Panda Express that I’ve enjoyed a lunch or dinner at has been pretty much the same experience as far as food quality and quantity. Since it was Thursday night at 7pm I wasn’t expecting the line of about 8 people ahead of me. I wasn’t in a hurry and I think it only took about 5 minutes to make it to the front of that line. Not a long wait that I was expecting! Sounds pretty straight forward as far as reviews go. If you seen one you’ve seen them all. So some pan seared panda kung pao served over a bed of white rice might have gotten the senses going. Personally I love a super shredded panda burrito with guacamole and sour cream but that kind of food isn’t available here. I felt I need to compete with«It’s not that I need a ton of food to fill me up. I can eat some wheat thins and cheese for dinner and be ok.» a review by another Unilocaler. Although I believe she was serious. You’ll enjoy Panda Express no matter what the location.

Like it’s different than the others. Not really. The modern west coast Panda is pretty much the same everywhere. Whenever we want some chinese food without waiting or dining out, this location is where we go. It’s clean and open late enough that I’m happy. Orange chicken, Bejing beef, and Pepper Chicken are the main entrees we usually get. Usually steamed rice, but sometimes chow mein are part of it. The have pretty good pot stickers there, I must say. I prefer shaing a 2 item with Mrs N and get the pot stickers. Fills me up just fine. It’s neighbors are Blockbuster, Cold Stone, and Starbucks. Plan accordingly.

well again, its hard to judge a certain location because it is a chain, so the food is just about the same anywhere you go. so i’ll speak on behalf of the food hey i like it, go ahead laugh. the food is DECENT, i think the taste overpowers authenticity here. yeah slightly overpriced, i think some of the items ive ordered got me craving for more to make me come back, it is quick though, to run in and out i like: eggplant/tofu– something about this sauce used beijing beef(which is their newest item) cripsy beef that has a tangy/sweet/spicy all in one orange chicken– hype? not really but its good add chile sauce and you got urself a meal!

We love the food here, but there is almost always a HUGE line on weekends or evenings. Maybe hire a couple more people to serve food at the counter?

Food is not bad for fast Chinese food. It’s by no means original but it fills the hunger. It’s not that I need a ton of food to fill me up. I can eat some wheat thins and cheese for dinner and be ok. It is odd and kind of annoying that this particular Panda Express, always tends to carefully put your food in the container as if they are picking through it as they are doing so. To elaborate… I ordered some Beef and Brocolli. The gentleman very carefully made sure to pick through and give me lots of brocolli… but where is the beef? I got a whole 4 strips. It was the same with the String Bean Chicken Breast… Where is my Chicken(I’m a girl so no way on the other half of Chicken). Sorry boys. It’s just weird to me… I don’t know… it’s not a busy place… then again… maybe others have seen the sifting of the meat.
