Stopped at the St. Charles Rock Road location(Bridgeton, MO?)a couple of days ago for a late lunch with my mom. Awful experience! Starting with no salt or pepper! Seriously, WHAT kind of restaurant does not provide salt and pepper??? And, even though this was a dine in order, no trays, napkins(OMG!) or plastic utensils were available! Counter staff would only point at the napkins that were hidden behind the counter. Veggie sandwich was unremarkable except that the bread kept sliding apart due to the avalanche of mayo that was dumped on it. Complained to the manager to no avail but he did refer me to corporate. The corporate rep was less than sympathetic but did say that someone would follow up and contact me. Sadly, a Google search yielded some very bad news about JJ’s CEO. Apparently he’s a greedy pig and won’t pay over minimum wage, offer benefits, etc. And ITIS corporate policy not to provide salt and pepper. How ridiculous! This place sucks on so many levels I can never image going back under any circumstances. Jimmy John’s, if you want to be totally cheap bastards and not provide salt, pepper, napkins, trays or cutlery you SHOULD save enough money to give employees a decent hourly pay and way better customer service training.

On my lazy days off when all I want to do is play my video game for most of the day and my stomach starts reminding me that it is almost lunch time, there are only a few places that will deliver in a timely fashion and Jimmy John’s is one of them. I have never actually set foot inside this place but I have had many deliveries from this location. I’ve been satisfied every time with how courteous their drivers are, how quickly they deliver the food, and how tasty their subs are. I always get almost the same thing every time: a turkey tom with extra turkey, add in some onions and peppers. Sometimes I get it on the regular French bread, other with their whole wheat bread. I love the consistency of this place with their delivery service as well as the food and the online ordering makes everything very convenient!

Their deliver driver side swiped my car while I was in the parking lot. When I talked to the manager about it they said they are not responsible for their drivers. Police arrived and handled the situation but I’m still disappointed in this jimmy johns for hiring wreckless drivers.

Love me some Jimmy Johns! This location is near where I work, so our office orders from here probably a few times a month(you can tell our stress levels by how much Jimmy Johns we are ordering… it’s our therapy). I’ve always had friendly staff take my orders, we have quick, efficient service, and rarely have any issues. The few times that they have forgotten an item, made something incorrectly, they’re very polite and immediately get us replacements /whatever we’re missing. Love the attentive service and ADDICTIVE sandwiches. Club Lulu, add cheese and extra tomatoes — the only time it tastes better is after a night at the bar! O:-)

Super fast delivery? I think not. I ordered a sandwich to be delivered to my school(literally 3 minutes away from this location) at 12:00 precisely and after three phone calls and an hour of waiting, I never received my lunch. If you’re looking for a fast, easy lunch delivery, DONOT order from this Jimmy John’s. The«gentleman» who answered the phone was also very rude and snappy to me when I called to place my order. I should’ve just said«forget it» from the minute I started the seemingly simple task of ordering a freaking sandwich.

More times than not this place has taken over 45 minutes to get my food delivered to my house. Guy just called and said the food was ready but he didn’t have a driver there to bring it to the house. Said that I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes. Thanks for reminding me how slow you are So not only will it be late, it also won’t be fresh. Thank you jimmy johns for being… consistently bad!

I will give JJ, their food is very good. I love the Unwich option. Although for $ 5.20 for the sandwich alone, I *should* love my food. I like that there is an option for outdoor seating, at least at this location. It was my first time visiting this particular location. There were no napkins out where people can get them. Also, the girl running the register when my party came in had horrible customer service skills. The gentlemen making subs behind the counter greeted us, but she didn’t say a word other than to tell us our total and ask if we wanted a receipt. The person I was with even mentioned he’d never been to a JJ, and she didn’t offer a recommendation or anything other than silence. Fail. But hey, the food was good.

The workers here ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS greet you with the most sincere, happy, friendly attitude when walking in. They always make you feel good about coming in and ordering. The service is really fast and there is never a wait. The place in general is clean and well maintained. As far as the food goes, its always delicious. This particular locations is open till midnight, so if you need a late night snack this JJ’s will be open for you.

No, I’m not pregnant, but I can only imagine how much I’m going to crave pickles when I actually am. Jimmy John’s pickles are HUGE and when the craving hits, I know exactly who to call. Actually, I don’t call… I order online. Even easier! For some reason on Sundays I turn into a huge pile of lazy, and by the time I realize I’m hungry, I’m STARVING. While their commercials are ridiculously annoying, their delivery is indeed«freaky fast.» Usually somewhere between 15 – 20 minutes. I’m not going to go in detail of what I usually order because most people are familiar with JJ’s and my choice of a «Turkey Tom» isn’t all that interesting, but I am a fan of most things on their menu. When you order online it’s easy to choose what ingredients you want to add or remove, and you can also get your pickle in quarters, halved, or whole(try eating it whole and not feeling like you’re in a porno — it doesn’t work. Get it halved.) You can also pick from different kinds of chips, and the jalapeño version rocks quite hard if I do say so myself. Yes, it’s a chain, but yes, it’s a great option for a lazy Sunday. Or a lazy any day of the week. Thanks delivery guys!

The office ordered again. We’re stuck a bit here. And it was another lickity-split delivery. I’m not sure we bothered to time this one. This time I went back to the unwich(a lettuce wrap — no bread). Got the Billy Club Unwich — roast beef, ham, provolone, Dijon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. It’s exactly the same ingredients as the sandwich, just no bread. You can do unwich with any of Jimmy John’s sandwiches. It’s a great offering. I did like the bread I had last time, but it was just too heavy. And NO chips this time!

Mmmm… I love this place. It blows every other sub sandwich shop out of the water(yes, I’m talking to YOU, Subway!). The service here is extremely friendly; I live close, so I usually have it delivered, and they’re super fast! It never takes more than 15 minutes for the sandwich to make it to my door. I’ve tried a few things from JJ’s, and for the most part, they were all good. I’m not a huge fan of their veggie sub; it just feels like they slapped some veggies on bread and called it a day. Yuck. My boyfriend really likes it, though… so perhaps I’m just picky. Their BLT is really good. They load it up with bacon, so you definitely get meat in every bite. They also have a sub with turkey and bacon, and that’s really good, as well. I believe it’s the number 16 on their menu. Their cookies(oatmeal raisin or chocolate chip) are also delicious, and HUGE!
