Jack in the Box

They ran out of curly fries & decided to clean the grill (so you can’t order any grilled food) when the drive thru was backed up & busy at 1:30 am in a Friday night. Worst jack in the box drive thou experience ever!!!

Service is slow, food is not cooked to order. When you call in to address the problem they will not answer the phone! Be aware you get what you pay for. This location is not big willy approved. Try TB across the way.
They need to improve on customer serviced.

Is it weird I feel the need to review a fast food joint? I guess when they exceed expectations it’s not.
I love to brag about Brentwood. I brag about the people and the incredible level of service you get everywhere. My favorite line is to go thru any drive thru in Brentwood, the level of service is awesome.
Food– hey it’s jack in the box. Decent. Has a little bit if everything and I love the fact they season their burger now.
The service though is awesome, I have never got a rude agent in the drive thru. They will make conversion, say hello, wish you a happy new year. Etc… In an industry which is easy to disregard service this place never does.

I didn’t eat the food, but the service was really fast, the guy at the window was sooooo nice & friendly, and the food came out super fast! There was no line at all & the guy at the window down made sure my order was correct & everything I requested was in the bag!
When I got home & saw the food, it looked pretty good too!

I love Jack in the crack. This place will forever be in my heart! I been to this location a few times and darn they’re really nice. Service is prompt and they make sure you verify your order is correct in the drive thru to make sure there’s no errors. I had the steak and egg burrito and oj. Delish, but it’s the service that I liked. I work in customer service and they should be definitely be training people in the field.

I decided to give this place a review due to the fact that out of the 2 Jack in the Box’s in the Brentwood area this place is definitely the underrated best.
I’ve never had a problem with an order. Even on a busy night, service is still pretty quick, I’ve never had any problem with my food and the servers are all very friendly and welcoming.
Either this location went under new management or over the past couple of years they reworked a lot of the kinks that originally didn’t make this location a hot spot to come to when you’re looking for a convenient bite to eat. Whatever happened, it’s fantastic that it did.
I live closer to the other location, but for the friendliness and the quick pace, I always find myself coming back to this location.
Food suggestion: Jack in the Box makes the best fast food churros. It will never beat actual churros, but it sure as heck beats Taco Bell.

Perhaps it’s bad luck to give a fast food restaurant five stars but I’m going to chance it. I preface my review by saying that fast food scares me, it scares me a lot because in my youth I had a deadly love affair that ended with me being in a bad place in terms of health.
Fast forward and now I find myself an probably one of the worst fast food places in terms of calories and fat. What brought me here you ask? Convenience. You see I can’t cook worth a hill of beans so the only other option was a quick jaunt here on my way home from work.
The restaurant is fairly new and never seems to be packed. In the few times I’ve been here, each and every employee have been extra nice! Sometimes after leaving the drive-​thru I forget I just gave my money to a fast food restaurant. The stigma that usually comes with restaurants like these are rudeness, food that looks like something out of the dumpster, etc. but not here for some reason.
While I can’t see myself making this a regular spot due to the aforementioned fear, I can say that if I must I will come back.
