This shop does good work but the employees are rude and unprofessional. 2 of the employees came into the hair salon next door and started yelling and screaming at the owner of the hair salon. I couldn’t make out what was being said exactly but they could have chosen a more appropriate time to come and discuss whatever problem they had with the salon when no clients were in there trying to have services done.
The owner of the nail shop (Jenny I think) has always been very nice and does good work but she unfortunately needs to have a serious talk to her employees about professional behavior.
Will not be going there for any future appointments.

Jenny is awesome! She is by far the nicest person I have ever had when getting a pedicure, always calls me by my first name and is very good at what she does. I can tell she has a very loyal client base because whenever I’m in here, she always knows who is walking in the front door. I highly recommend her for your nail needs.

Walked in today, it was just one lady there but it only had the owner. She told me to come back around 1:30pm which was perfect because I wanted to check out Dino’s Deli anyways so I came back around 1:30pm and she was finishing up her client. It took her about 5 – 10 minutes to do my waxing and the prices are affordable. I don’t really know the prices around the area because I just moved here from Hawaii and what she charged me to both services is what I would usually pay to do one. I liked her, she was nice and kind of reminded me of home for a second. Lol. I’ll definitely go back.

My mom and I visited Jenny and Julie today for pedicures and manicures and received beyond excellent service. They spent so much time with us. Massages were great and nails look wonderful. Conversations were great. They did not make us feel rushed at all. Met a client who has been going to Jenny for over 20 years and travels to see her. She raved about her. I definitely will be going there in the future.

I always love getting my nails done at Cute Nails and Spa — not only is the shop so clean — the selection of polishes are all top of the line — they have wonderful Organic Pedicures (I love the lavender) The ladies are warm and friendly — I have lived here for 7 years and finally found MY NAIL SHOP — thanks Ladies —

Love this place! Both Jenny and Nikki are amazing. It’s a small shop so it’s very relaxing but that does mean they can only take a few people at a time so call before you go or make an appointment
Best nail salon in Brentwood. I refuse to go anywhere else!

I’m a little surprised at how positive the reviews are on here. I had a good, not great experience at this salon. I called and talked to Jenny. She said they were available to do my nails if I walked in. The salon was smaller than those I had been to previously. Also, I found it strange that they have the facial/​waxing table right in front of the shop. I feel like if I wanted a facial or wax, I wouldn’t want people who are receiving their manicures and pedicures staring right at me. My manicure was good. Maybe I’m just used to more of a massage than just a quick «let’s put lotion on your hands before you leave.» Just seemed kinda rushed. I also found it odd that they say they accept credit cards but pressure you to use a debit card or cash. I understand the fees of accepting cards for small businesses could be steep, but who carries enough cash for manicure and pedicures, plus a tip, without emptying their wallet? Overall, I feel like my experience was «ok.»

For every gel manicure I have had in the past from other nail salons, they last at the very least 3 – 4 weeks without chipping or noticeable growth. Not this one! This gel manicure chipped in a few days and started peeling off within a week! I am SO disappointed! Because my nails started looking so harsh, I went to remove the polish and the gel slipped right off. Gel shouldn’t do that! My normal polish doesn’t even do that! Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I have been a client of Jenny’s for over 20 yrs. I have followed her where ever she goes. She is extremely dedicated and talented to her profession. I will be her client for life.

I had my nails done by Nikki and she did a fantastic job. The shop is clean, which is very important to me, and very accommodating. My phone was almost dead and she asked what kind of phone I had and offered me her iPhone charger. As you can see I had a different design for each finger and she happily did it for me. I love how they take their time and don’t rush. An excellent overall experience!

They have a really nice selection of colors. The price is fair for the service that you get, which is phenomenal.
So, there’s this thing there called an herbal pedicure. They mix the herbs and essential oils with their scrubs and lotions and it’s exquisite. They weren’t busy when I was there (which is a crying shame because you are definitely missing out if you’re not in one of those chairs), but you should call for an appointment before going because she said they get very busy throughout the day.

Jenny & Nikki are both amazing! Love this place. It’s a smaller salon, and never too hectic, so they always take their time to make sure you are happy with your results. The past two times I’ve gone in, there were women there telling me that they have been going to Jenny for 20+ years, that speaks for itself!

Have gotten my nails done by Jenny for years as she changed shops I moved with her. She does a great job and believes in great customer service. Acrylic nails that are thin and natural looking. Lots of colors to chose from.

I just resently moved to the area and found the best nail shop ever. The best part the staff here treat you with respect and they do a great job. I will not go any where else.

I have been going to Jenny for years and am so excited that she has opened her own salon in Brentwood. She does an outstanding job and truly cares about her clients. I won’t go anywhere else.

I decided to try it out after reading the positive Unilocal reviews… I went in for a shellac fill. They had plenty of colors to choose from and it was a friendly atmosphere. Nikki did my nails and she did a great job! I tend to be picky about my nails and I have no complaints. And it is definitely affordable which is a plus!
