Taco Bell

My husband, roommate and I all got Taco Bell from this specific location on 01/​24/​2016 and the next morning my roommate and I both got food poisoning and the next day it hit my husband. We’ve had issues before with this Taco Bell with how slow it has been and lack of employees around when you need help/​time to order but we always looks on the brighter side. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They have lost us as customers and unless you want to get food poisoning as well, I suggest you don’t go there either.

WORST Taco Bell my husband and I have ever been to. We were completely speechless at how bad our experience was. The last time we were here was Oct 24^th 2015 and that will be the last time we ever go there again.
We thought we would go there for something quick on our way to a family event.
1– Our order took 27 minutes to be ready when we were the only people who had ordered inside and had only seen 2 cars go through the drive thru.
2– The employee taking our order mumbled a lot and was actually having a conversation with another coworker while taking our order instead of giving her attention to us.
3– They got our order wrong AND missed an item that we had been charged for. So we had to wait another 12 minutes for them to prepare the missed item before asking what was taking so long; only to find out they hadn’t even started making the chalupa. So then we waited another 10 minutes just to get the missed chalupa we had already paid for that THEY MISSED.
The WHOLE TIME the entire crew was yelling, screaming, dancing and joking with each other instead of working and their voices were actually louder than the music that was playing which had been turned up so loud it was hard to carry on a conversation inside.
So. Done.
We have also spread the word to all our Kitsap family and friends to just avoid this place.

Worst food slowest drive through ever horrible management had a bad batch of food including the boss wrap boss nachos and quesarito box all of which were poorly executed I asked for the manager on my next visit and offered to show her my charge on my bank app she refused to credit me for any of it I should have brought all that garbage back the same night unfortunately it was late and I didn’t want to bother lesson learned will be avoiding this place from now on

Worst taco bell ever. Rude slow employees, the wait times (over an HOUR in the drive through and 30+ mins inside) are insane. The restaurant itself is FILTHY, like not just they were busy and didn’t wipe tables, the whole thing is disgusting. F this taco bell

Becoming more and more disappointed with this location. I’m not coming here again, I will go out of my way to go to a different location. The quality of the food has gone down (just at this store, I’ve been to others and have had no problems) and the service is awful. 30+ minutes sitting in the drive thru is NOT ok. Not to mention, it’s filthy inside. My shoes always stick to the floor, there’s water damage in the ceiling and it’s starting to sag. I’ve been to some very nice, clean Taco Bells, so I know it could be better. Taco Bell is not losing my service, just this store

I understand that Taco Bell is not the most fancy or delicious food. I do expect my food to be made right and to be treated with some sort of respect. I ordered online and they did not have some of the items. No biggie, just wanted a refund of those items and to move on. The girl seemed annoyed that I was making her refund less than a dollar worth of food.
I also ordered food specifically since they have been pushing customization. Not only did they not do it, they had something on there that could have landed someone with allergies in the hospital. When I called back the girl who answered was very defensive stating she didn’t ring anything up like that. The order was made online, of course you didn’t. I’ve been going to this location for quite a long time and pretty sure I will not be going back again anytime soon.

I went there last night and was the only person in line for 2 minutes and than the line was so long but no one would answer the speaker thing and we cep saying hello they took forever till we ordered

Finally, a day off to do whatever we wanted. We called ahead to make sure breakfast was being served. This breakfast was a special occasion. We knew we would need to do double-​time at the gym for what was about to happen, but it was a trade-​off we were willing to accept.
To be able to eat Taco Bell breakfast is a luxury (said no one ever – but this was our truth). Due to the fact our careers keep us busy in the morning, and we don’t have time to stop, this was our chance to carpe the diem and stuff ourselves with a gluttonous fast food feast. Assured by the woman who answered at this location, breakfast stopped at 11.
We arrived with plenty of time in the drive-​thru after I talked up the incredible AM Steak crunchwrap to my fiancé for about 45 minutes. We placed our order, both of our mouths salivating with excitement, waited in line, and pulled up to the window… And suddenly, like an intercepted pass in the end zone of the Super Bowl… the woman tells us that inside Taco Bell, «it’s 11 for us» when our clock said 10:50.
Apparently the Bremerton Taco Bell is able to bend time and space– something great scholars and Nobel Peace Prize winners have yet to conquer. After the devastating blow, we had to drive off… hungry and disappointed. Thank you for nothing, Bremerton Taco Bell. I’m sure Harvard and Cambridge would love to talk to you about your ability to change the time-​space continuum, jerks.

So annoyed with the portions I received. Word experience at a Taco Bell by far. If the person wasn’t trained properly, there should be a trainer standing by at all times or they shouldn’t be making food. That’s the only thing I could think of as to why it was so terrible. (See images)

Went to the drive thru tonight and the cashier was very nice and friendly ordered the dorritos ultimate experience box and it was delicious loved it and the service is very fast keep it up!:)

Quick, friendly location. It’s a Taco Bell. The food is what you expect from Taco Bell. But this location is clean and the staff is friendly.

Just once I’d like them to actually get my order right. This is my 3^rd time getting taco bell from this location, and its the 3^rd time they’ve messed up my order. Screw it, then. If I have a taco craving, I’ll either drive to Port Orchard, where they haven’t f***ed up once, or I’ll go to jack in the box. I’m not dealing with these guys anymore!

I only want taco bell when i have the specific craving. Otherwise? besides basic tacos it’s probably the most expensive fast food place around! People don’t tend to think so, but i always spend more money here than any other fast food joint.
AND it’s really not that great.
Also i don’t know if it’s just the group of people i know, but Taco Bell is famous for BAJA BLAST mountain dew. I hate mountain dew so i don’t understand that love either.

Every time I come here the service is great. Tonight we were served by ambrosia and she was so sweet and helpful. Fast service and delicious!

Always Reliable
Definitely, the best thing about this location is the staff. They are friendly, always smiling. Food always done well. Kudos to the staff.

This place is great! First off the food here is great. Second the staff is terrific. I recently had some heart problems and was taken to the hospital so I had to leave my car there for a week and the manager was completely understanding and didn’t have it towed or anything and when I came back to pick my car up they gave me a free meal and sent me on my way. Great management and clean place. If you ever have the munchies I would definitely go here!

Great place here. I came every one day by like fifteen mins and the manger r worker open the doors n notic we were outside waiting n told us to come in. Awesome cant wait to go back. Lo

I’m not gonna lie, I only go to Taco Bell only if I’m A) super drunk or B) it’s super late and all other places are closed. That’s all =P

Been through the drive through a few times. Haven’t had any issues.
