Spiro’s Pizza & Pasta

First off the food is great and the restaurant is cozy, clean and great looking. Our waitress was super attentive and friendly, the food took no time at all to come out, and there was no rush for us to get out of there (even though we stayed a few minutes past closing — sorry, we lost track of time). Our waitress even was willing to snap a photo of us before we left. She was cracking jokes and laughing with us and was overall a joy to have as a server. I always get the red and white pasta and it has never been less than above average. The salads are delicious and the white pizza is always a good choice. Spiro’s restaurants have always been among my family’s favorites but tonight just confirms it. The best part wasn’t until we had left the restaurant. I got into the car with my sister and checked my phone to find an awful text message that was borderline bullying from someone I used to be friends with. I won’t go into it but it was so hurtful I broke down sobbing instantly and my sister had to hold me and reassure me it was just a message sent out of hate and that none of it was true. I was so distraught and we were about to leave so I could go over to a friend’s to talk it out when one of the staff ran outside. My sister rolled down her window and he handed us a box and told me «I hope you have a better night.» and ran back inside. The box had a slice of peanut butter pie with chocolate sauce and two forks for me and my sister. The kind folks at Spiro’s had no clue why I was crying but I guess they saw me and my sister in our car from inside the restaurant. And they still gave me a free slice of pie and a huge act of kindness. It meant the absolute world to me and was exactly what I needed right then. Not the pie but a reminder that there are good people that care even if they have never met you and have no idea what you’re going through. So thank you to the folks at Spiro’s, it completely turned my mood around and was exactly what I needed right then.

We went to Spiros on our seemingly endless search for good pizza. We are from the east coast, and have yet to find truly excellent pizza that lives up to east coast, New York style pizza. Spiros is the best we have found so far; second to homemade… but that really isn’t saying much because none of the other pizza we have tried was edible.
The Service was excellent, but I don’t know how it is on a busy evening. The 3 stars instead of 5… the floors (how do you not see the gross things spilled on the floor), the flies (ew), and, well, 14 dollars for a 10″ mediocre pizza? 20 and up for a large? This is pizza, not prime rib.

I want to start this review with the food is outstanding. I love eating here and that’s why I have as many times as I have despite the bad service I get every time I come here. I work nearby so I order takeout often. It always takes 10 – 15 mins longer than they say it will. When I mention this to the staff I get brushed off, or they make a comment about how busy it is. They are often not even polite, and I’m never promptly greeted. I wish that their service was better, if it was I’d give it five five stars.

We had the French bread with alfredo sauce, the white chicken garlic pizza Steve’s way and the peanut butter pie it was delicious we have been to the gig harbor resteraunt and silverdale, Silverdale has different owners so the menu is a little bit different. The white sauce pizza was great. Will definitely come back again

The food is decent, but over priced. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and it tasted like it came out a bag from the freezer. The wings were delicious though, and the staff was amazing. I felt like I overpaid for average food. I could have paid less at a chain like Olive Garden and gotten tastier food that I know is frozen. 5 stars for staff, 2 stars for food.

Delicious food with efficient, professional servers. Very nice. The servings are big so plan on taking some leftovers home for tomorrow’s lunch.
The pasta dishes range in price from around $ 12.50 to $ 15.00 and include their side salad which is topped with olives and mozzarella cheese, or soup. There is a huge selection of available pizzas and they run from about $ 12.00 to $ 25.00. This is not a thin skimpy pizza, a couple of slices are a delicious meal. You will also find big salads and huge hot cheesy subs on the menu.
Gluten-​free options and vegetarian options are both available.
They even have a nicely decorated private room (with big TV) for parties.
Give Spiro’s a try, you won’t be sorry.

The good news is you get a good size meal for a good price. The staff is friendly and efficient. They do love putting cheese on things. I had the Caesar and asked for less cheese, and was happy, the wife didn’t and got a salad covered with cheese. If you really love cheese, that’s great, otherwise, ugh. My spaghetti and meatballs was good enough, the wife’s baked pasta was heavy, again with the cheese. But, my overwhelming reason for the poor review, was because of the temperature of the dishes served. They were scalding hot, we huffed and puffed and stirred it around until we could start. The waitress didn’t come to check so complaining wasn’t an option. Maybe I should have gotten the pizza.

I thought the prices were fair for the size of the pizza you get. The food was delicious! My favorite was the crust on the pizza. Roasted Garlic Chicken Pizza was incredible! We ate everything! Service was good. Not a lot of BWL option though!

I love this place! Great people, always friendly. Well priced with AWESOME FOOD! Everyone is always happy. The service is great. Pizza here is some of the best around, and lunch time subs are a great deal! Definitely worth checking out!

Best Pizza we have ever had (I spent three years in Chicago). Stephanie was our server she was AMAZING. We will be back. Oh and the Mediterranean Caesar salad was so good I couldn’t understand how a salad could taste that friggin good.

I LOVE this place! I wish we lived in this area because it would be a regular spot for us. We walked in on Thursday night, no wait taken right to a booth. The restaurant is spacious and even if it was busy you would never be crowded or too close to strangers. We were given water right away. My boyfriend ordered the baked Alfredo casserole (it had sausage and veggies and looked delicious). I got the ‘Steve’s Way’ pizza and added onions. It was a garlic chicken pizza with artichoke hearts! It had whole pieces of roasted garlic that just melt in your mouth, it was so good. I got the small size and after we both had some, there were still leftovers for later. We also got dessert, I got the peanut butter pie & my boyfriend got berry cheesecake! Everything was amazing and reasonably priced. My small pizza was $ 13 and was perfectly sized. Anyway, if you’re thinking about going here DO IT!

SUPER excited this amazing restaurant is down the street from us. They have the most amazing food and the service is spectacular.
I had the green sciattiatti and ChopChop salad and they were both great… I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a fun atmosphere and great food at reasonable prices.

Where to begin??? The pizza is amazing as it should be, its Known for its pizza! haha Lets start with the service! At least three times a week my co worker and I go to spiros for lunch! Lesleigh is working every time we come in, she know exactly what we want to drink, I get a water and my co worker gets a diet coke. When she sees us and just brings our drinks. I have noticed that there are other regulars that go in and she knows what they want as well. We always have great conversation! So if you go in and lesleigh is working, your going to have an awesome experience!
I know this is a pizza and pasta place but the salads are amazing! Simplicity goes a long way with me! I like lots of cheese! Probably explains why, if I were to only to be able to eat one food, it would be pizza for sure, lots of cheese and pepperoni! Anyways, they pile the mozzarella cheese high on a simple side salad, making it really good! Not to mention there house made ranch (they call it something else but not sure what its called) is better than jack in the box ranch on late night drunkies food run!
I am a big fan of white sauce! So their Garlic chicken and their «white» pizzas are my favorite! The double pep is amazing as well. There is just something about the dough here at spiros, not cooked to long making it the perfect softness! I would imagine all the pizza here is great.
The hot sandwiches, especially the Mediterranean, are amazing. A delicious blend of chicken, mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, and feta cheese, is truly a explosion in your mouth!

Probably my second eat in visit here and once again, it was an overall good experience. Ordered something new this time, Italian Sausage Penne (but without mushrooms). Very good tasting meal as well as filling.
Waitress, Brenda, was beyond polite and very efficient.
Will keep coming back to this location for sure.

We finally have a great Italian restaurant in Bremerton. I had the Italian Sausage Cassarole which was very tasty and large enough to fill me up. I will definitely be back.

I really love Spiro’s pizza and pasta. The newest Bremerton location is definitely my favorite. It is warm, welcoming, and the staff was extremely friendly. As always, the food is fantastic.
I’ve had their pizza, so I decided to go ahead and try a hot sandwich the last time I was there. I got the vegetarian sandwich and substituted katamala olives for black olives — which they were happy to do — and I also added roasted red peppers. It was delicious. I very much enjoyed my meal.
The service this time around was fantastic as always… They must have some kind of magic formula for hiring people. I have yet to encounter anyone at one of their locations that is not extremely friendly and does not seem very happy to be at their job.
We will most definitely be back… I love their Greek pizza and no matter what kind of pizza you get there crust is absolutely dreamy.
The only change I would make? Go with Coke products instead of Pepsi… :)

It’s wow. I ordered a gyro with a side salad, adding tomatoes (+$.75), green peppers, onions and with their Italian pesto dressing. It was great and not wimpy size.
The gyro is slightly different, with the chicken lightly breaded for a baked crunch. The oily pesto will drip after a squeezed bite so keep wrapped. The tziki sauce comes on the side and is VERY dill and cold for dipping. The pita bread is rarely heated and love that they do. I’ll goto authentic gyro places and the crap is a flour frisbee.
I love places that give extra napkins without asking.
The pizza is amazing because they put the toppings on and THEN covered with cheese. Doing this makes every bite taste different as the juicy toppings bake in with the sauce and crust and is very powerful flavor coupled with their heavily seasoned sauce.
$ 40 for a small 5 topping pizza, two drinks, and a gyro w/​side salad; including tip. Not bad ;)
