Quality Inn & Suites

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We went to visit my boyfriend’s 5 y/​o daughter, and even she said she loved it. We got a 2 room suite with a full kitchen, balcony, and lovely view of the mountains for a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended –we’ll be staying there every time we visit!

The lobby was 9,000 degrees and stifling. Could not check in early (apparently had no rooms ready at 3 pm!). Walls are super thin. Every time neighbors used bathroom it was like Niagara Falls was next to your ear. Air conditioner worked but almost as noisy as the falls.
Breakfast was OK as long as you did not eat the hot food. Brother got sick from eggs.
Overpriced. Stay at Holiday Inn Express across the way instead. This hotel is nothing more than a glorified motel.

Very friendly staff. Although it is older it was clean and we were very pleased with the size of the room. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had checked out and left some items in the mini fridge that was in our room. We went back to get the items and staff already had it waiting for us at the front desk. We did not wake up in time to have breakfast so I can’t comment on that but the coffee was good. It was a cool day but the pool was warm and enjoyably. I will stay here again.

Not very happy Quality Inn and Suites in Bremerton. First, the good. The staff was friendly and the pool was very nice. Now the bad: The rooms were a bit dated and we found three live cockroaches during our two night stay (Nightstand, shower and on the bed). We were there over 4^th of July and we couldn’t find anything else in the area. When I checked out I told the front desk and they told me that they had never heard of this problem. I used my phone to show them my wife catching one on the bed. The lady at the desk took my email address and my choice member number and assured me that the manager would contact me. It’s been 4 days and I have no email from anyone. If I ever get back to Bremerton, I will steer clear of this place.

All the staff was friendly and helpful. I ended up having to make repeat stays for a few months and before even knowing that, they were all extremely helpful.
The rooms were clean. I did have one room that smelled stale, but I figure in part that is age and likely had at one time been a smoking room. All the other rooms were fresh (I had several).
I didn’t use the pool, not because it wasn’t clean, just wasn’t in my priorities. So I can’t comment on it.
I will, however, say that the internet is extremely quick and reliable. The only night (out of over 20) that I had issues, they had it fixed in under ten minutes.
It doesn’t look like much, and it’s not a «fancy hotel» but for commuting or business travel? It’s good and safe which is important when you’re a woman traveling alone.

The rooms smell like stale smoke, the beds are slabs of stone, the pillows are half sized rocks, and the room walls crack loudly as the hotel settles through the night. While the night manager is nice, the general manager has no sense of customer service. I will need to come into town several times over the next few months for business, but I won’t be staying here again. When we talked to the locals later, we found out that the hotel had a bad reputation. They all referred us to a variety of other hotels in the area.

Very kind staff! We stayed in room 300. It has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and they accommodated our two-​year-​old with a pack-​and-​play. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are big and fluffy! It has a clean pool and a generous breakfast buffet. There is a no-​pet policy. It’s also nice that there’s a 24-​hour QFC grocery store next door.

Nice place to stay. Full efficiency with living room area. Basic breakfeast wafels, toast, cereal ect.
