I ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger. The Meat was room temperature; The cheese was cold. I complained to corp twice. I was told that someone would contact me to resolve the issue. No one ever contacted me

Regardless of how busy you might be, customer service is still a thing. It was very poor, and I believe it was a manager or assistant manager that helped me.

They did not have cheese sticks which was very disappointing but to add insult to injury the girl was super snotty about it saying «we haven’t had them in a long time.» Which is no excuse since the one in East Bremerton had them just the other night. Such a travesty. We were also a bit confused, as the person taking the order started trying to talk to us well before we could even pull up to the box, then they seemed irritated that we were confused. They can’t be in that much of a hurry, because I was able to compose, proof and edit this review over two cars before we got our food.

Regular, what you expect Jack food. Super nice staff. Super fast and friendly. Accurate service, even when my picky kid wants a burger with mayo, tomato and pickles only.

The thing i’m noticing is i keep giving these fast food places 3 stars, but for all different reasons.
Jack in the Box’s burgers are just okaay.
But they have a lot of items on the menu you can’t get anywhere else… Like 99 tacos for 2 cents. ;)
They have better shakes than Burger king. Perhaps the best fast food shakes.
But their fries are boring.
They have curly fries though!
not related to food, but their commercials are always better than everyone elses, and i consider that a slight plus,(kidding… sorta)

Hey now! 2 tacos for 99 cents after a hard night out, it doesn’t get any better than that! The place was a little sketch, but the worker was friendly enough. It just needed a hearty wipe down after a long days business. Fast food is fast food, and thats A-​OK with me.
