We absolutely love this place. The new owners have made great improvements with the shop and the food. The meat to wrapper ratio is perfect, crispy and tasty. The dipping sauces are the best. Any leftovers are still crispy the next day. We love this place!

After a few great visits, my wife entered and asked for karioka. Because she has a Spanish accent, the lady asked«is that a Hispanic thing». Very racist, if you don’t understand something you tell the customer and ask to repeat, not refer to a different culture. Good job lumpia factory

I drive by this place once in a while and always tell myself to check it out but forget on my way home. Today, I decided to pop in and get my lumpia fix. You have an option of beef or pork lumpia. She sells them for $ 3 for six pork lumpia and $ 3.50 for beef. We also ordered the pancit. We loved the pork lumpia. The beef was ok, needed seasoning? I’m a bit«blah» about the pancit, but my son liked it. But the lumpia was made to order and they came out hot and crispy. There is no décor. Just a few tables, display case, and refrigerators. Not a place to hang out. It’s more of a take out place. Get the pork lumpia with sweet and spicy sauce. The owner was super sweet and chatted with us for a bit. We’ll be back to order the pork lumpia for a party.

The best lumpia and pancit hands down. The lady that took our order was very friendly and even made us all fresh and crispy lumpia.

Omg. I lived a block away for a long time and never got around to trying this place… Well, we went on my fiancees birthday and have been back many times since. The woman working the front was so kind! The type of person who is so nice you just want to Give them a hug. We got a half dozen pork lumpia and a half dozen beef lumpia and they were freaking delicious. She even gave my fiancée a free serving of adobo and rice for his birthday! I kind of wish I could live in there and only eat her lumpia for the rest of my life. 11⁄10 would recommend. :) I also suggest you get the sweet and hot ginger sauce they have!

New owners, friendly, very customer oriented. Called for party platter Lumpia and Pancit to be picked up on Sunday, even though they were closed they filled my order. Crispy, delicious Lumpia and Pancit was freshly cooked with crisp vegetables and flavorful. Not at all like the other local Filipino restaurants that serve greasy lumpia and salty pancit. Will definitely order again!

Good stuff! Every Filipino is partial to thier mama’s cooking but I still love me some Lumpia Factory. The new owners are awesome and doing great upgrades to the place. Very sweet and they care about the food. Don’t be afraid to let them know how you like the changes. Some people don’t like the new lumpia recipe some do. They are open to feedback which is nice. I love getting the pork adobo lunch with pancit and lumpia to go. My daughter and I share it and it’s still plenty of food. Yummy stop. Also a great pick up for a pot luck. We order 50 cooked lumpia and they are always the 1st food to go at the party. Give them 30 minutes notice and they can usually pull it together nice and fresh!

I really enjoyed my experience at Lumpia Factory. The woman manning the store was very kind and generous. She worked with us and got us the price on the special despite my mom’s pickiness(my mom and her friend didn’t want certain foods and was a bit picky). The food was generous in portion and tasted wonderful, very reminiscent of my girlfriend’s family’s food. The chicken adobo was tender and not dry, and the lumpia was crispy and hot. I am definitely coming back.

Had time to spare before baby shower, friend and I stopped at this place. At first we were like, Filipino food, here in this town? We stopped here and the adobo was like mom made(hehe half Filipino) I snook a bite of friend’s pancit, it was really good. The eggrolls/lumpia were good. The people are really friendly, especially if you say salamat po(thank you in Filipino.) If I’m in the area again, I wouldn’t mind stopping but it’s not that good to drive from Seatac to here.

The pancit was WONDERFUL and I’ve never had lumpia that crispy before without it being burned. It was awesome and I will definitely be going back.

This is a very small shop with a couple chairs and a table should you want to sit and eat your meal… but we usually just get our food to go and bring it home. The establishment is owned and operated by Joe and his wife(sorry I forget her name), and they are a wonderful couple. I always get the pork Lumpia and on occasion, I get the chicken adobo or pandit. The food is always great. You can buy the lumpia already cooked or you can order the«bags» of ready to cook Lumpia and take it home. They have in years past has a venue at the Kitsap Whaling Days but I haven’t noticed them there for a few years.

Pros: Good food for a great price. Very simple menu, with good tasting food. Not as good as some lumpia I’ve had made by friends, but not bad at all. Lumpia is generally excellent food. Cons: TERRIBLE customer service. It felt like the people running the place had no idea what they were doing. Yes they can make good lumpia but they know nothing about business. First off the place closes at 8, already pretty early. My friend and I showed up at 7 for a simple 6 pack of pork lumpia, and the front lady initially said we could not get food because we did not call ahead of time. Excuse me? We come an hour before it closes and we can’t get food? Apparently they are«scared» they will have to throw it away… Anyway we eventually get her to let us order but she says we’ll have to wait 15 minutes. Wouldn’t it make more sense to have it already ready. Also the place is not very inviting. Not a place to bring the family. Quite small and bad lighting. The blinds were closed, making it look abandoned. Only stays in business I’m guessing by word-of-mouth. Overall a decent place if only for the food alone. You’re supposed to call ahead of time to get the food, which is a big inconvenience, especially since it says that no where on a sign or anything.

Just moved here from Honolulu a few months ago, and I was jonesing some good adobo. My dad took me here, and it was really really good! Her sinagang was really to die for. Word of mouth keeps this place going, as when we were there, at least 8 – 10 people came in. It’s casual. The really nice lady who works there is very courteous to all her customers. If you are jonesing good Philipino food, this place is great. They do catering too, and can sell you lots and lots of lumpia.
