Bad customer service, food served cold. Uncaring staff when complaining about poor service. Bad, just bad! Would give zero stars.

This place is so gross. Everything we ordered was so greasy and not your normal fast food greasy. Everything was sitting in huge puddles of grease in the packaging and dripping grease when you picked it up.

It’s been good sometimes, but I’ve been served stale bread once and one time moldy bread before, but I was willing to chalk it up to a fluke… But the last time I ate there they served me a breaded chicken breast that was rubberized and microwaved and soggy beading… The chicken breast wasn’t even white anymore, it appeared to be almost as if it was from the dumpster to be honest, and it was dried out, and the fries were just soggy and awful as well… The girl working there was hateful and non friendly as hell. It was awful enough experience that I felt I had to write here so that their business does suffer from serving subpar food for what you pay, that’s what Unilocal is for, I hardly ever feel the need to write about bad business but if it’s really bad I will write here about it… Bad management is allowing it to happen obviously, because I eat all around this area for lunch and never had an issue with other places at all. I will not eat here again. You shouldn’t either! Occurred around lunch time on 8⁄17.

I find this location a convient stop late at night when corming home from the ferry. Drive-thru is usually pretty fast here and the service pretty good. On the occasions that I have gone into this establishment I have found it to be very clean in the dinning room with the same service I receive in drive-thru.

Thankfully… Our little town of Bremerton has one fast food restaurant that is open 24 Hrs. Jack in the Box. They should almost have 5 stars just for that. In 1951, a businessman named Robert O. Peterson opened the first Jack in the Box restaurant in San Diego. Equipped with an intercom system and drive-thru window, the tiny restaurant served up hamburgers to passing motorists for just 18 cents, while a large jack-in-the-box clown kept watch from the roof. Unable to find out how long this one has been here, I know it has been at least 25 years. Nice to have a place to grab a «midnight snack» although with the high fast food calories, probably shouldn’t make a habit of it. 2 Tacos for 99 cents always a cheap snack, of course they have Coke Products, always a bonus. Lots of food choices as well as breakfast 24⁄7. Must be hard dealing with the«late night crowd» at times, so usually the service is pretty fair, considering they probably have a high employee turnover rate. All in All, thanks Jack for being out there and always being open !!

Who says I don’t know Jack? Need a late night burger, go see Jack. Want tacos that are dee fried and feature Amarican cheese, go see Jack. Any hour for breakfast items, go see Jack Kick start your day with Jack. You could do a whole lot worse at 4am. But, if you waited a couple of hours longer you could probably do better. Don’t eat Jack’s face!

I have my fast food fix about 2 – 3 times a month. I am an ER nurse, work strange hours, and always feel that I deserve my food cravings. Now that I have been in the Bremerton area for 6 months, I have found a favorite. This location of Jackin theBox is my favorite because they are open 24 hours and their selections don’t vary much: the quality is good, no matter what the time I visit. My current favorite is the grilled chicken strips. Juicy and fresh. The other selections are hot and good — not too greasy. I’ve had good, fast, courteous service the last few visits. So, for a person who craves fast food every once in a while, I have to give kudos to this location for a good quality of fast food. And yes — the people I have met are polite, and ask me if I have experienced good service there. ER nurses have a lot of stress, and I feel I have a right to indulge myself. I drink my yogurt smoothies and eat well the rest of the month. Life is too short, right? My last piece of advice is: try the grilled chicken strips.

Recently went through the drive-through and got decent food with lousy service. I did the online survey and requested to be contacted about my visit. A couple days later I got a call form the store manager apologizing for the poor service. She listened to my concerns, promised to take appropriate action, and even sent me TWO cards for free meals. I am very satisfied with most of my experiences at this JitB; my only beef is that the drive-thru wait is AWFUL at certain times of the day.
