Sprint Store at RadioShack

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would.
Just went in and the chick that was working didn’t even greet me when I entered.
Yes she was helping another customer but still terrible customer service right as I walk through the door
The Radio Shack guy was nice and said hello asked what he could help me with. He told me Sprint was separate from the Shack and I would!
She and the gentlemen she is helping aren’t even talking anything service related!
I waited for 30 minutes!
30 damn minutes and she didn’t have the decency to let me know she will be with me once she is done talking to the customer she is helping.
She knows I’m there, she saw me walk in and made clear eye contact.
I just had a simple question about my plan. I walked out bc waiting 30 minutes and not even bing greeted is annoying
Talk about terrible customer service.
I would rather drive the extra 17 minutes from my house to the Sprint store in Silverdale than to come here ever again even if this establishment is literally two minutes from my house
