Erlands Point Apartments

We have been living here for just over 6 months or so. When we were first looking at apartments, this place actually answered the phone or was able to return our messages which I felt was rare with most of the other places we tried to call. The staff is friendly. The maintence folks were reasonable. They put together a thanksgiving meal for the entire complex the Friday before thanksgiving and we felt that was a nice thing to do. We also felt that at the time, the rent was cheaper than most apartment complexes.
So, parking sucks and there’s not a lot that can be done with that. There is a nice long road which the apartment complex is on that has a ton of space to park but you may have to walk a little bit. There was a time when we had a water main break and we were without water for about a day and a half. Some of the staff opened up the office after hours so we could take a shower. It’s a crappy situation but at least they did something to try and help.
Well, besides the parking, the only other thing I don’t like about the complex is that the heating and insulation doesn’t work very well. I turned the heat up to 75 for the winter. It’s about 37 or so outside right now and I’m still freezing. I can feel the heat coming out of the heater by its clearly not strong enough to heat up the room.

This place has really come in the world. It is always clean grounds are kept up super nice. The maintenance staff are prompt and courteous. You never wait more than a day or so to get something fixed. The ladies in the office are very professional and still fun at the same time. I would recommend this place to all my friend.

Rude office managers! This location has had a lot of ups and downs. Parking is horrible and there are little kids running around at off hours.

Lousy management. Tons of section 8 which is obvious in the amount of kids running around unattended. Place is kept up nicely at most times. Very nosey staff at 1200 a unit would be nice for some privacy

The two senior ladies work at the leasing office here are mean and racist to other cultures. They are not very helpful or friendly. They treated us as if we couldn’t afford to pay their not so good looking apartments. They have a bad attitude! I would never recommend this place. I asked a simple question regarding policies and they laughed at me in a condescending manner. I have never been so humiliated before as I was with them. If there was a way to rate this complex with zero stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. TERRIBLE PEOPLE WITH TERRIBLE ATTITUDES TOWARD OTHERS!!!
