Horrible place. Only have 1 washer and 1 dryer to share between 8 units. The managers do not care about the tenants other than to get their money. We have mold on our ceilings and have reported it to them for weeks. Got back to us today, finally, and said someone will be by soon to spray and paint over it. (Like that is going to help) have had problems with the neighbors being loud an inconsiderate during «quiet hours». Smells like pot so if you have kids stay clear. Parking is also a free for all so good luck finding a spot close to your apartment. Will not be resigning my lease when it is up in July of 2015.

We have been here 7 months now and really like it here! The grounds are always taken care of and they are always doing something to the property to keep it nice! If you can get a unit looking over the water I recommend it… I see bald eagles flying over the water all the time.
