My husband developed a severe eye irritation/infection and the only eye doctor in Breckenridge is at this facility. The next closest location is in Frisco at Summit Eye Center. At 9am I called Eyes on Breckenridge and left a message. The recording stated that they opened at 10am. Summit eye center opened at 9am and the very kind receptionist said she will ensure that she would squeeze him in quickly to see the doctor. We decided to wait for the other clinic to open because it was a 100.00 taxi ride round trip to Frisco. Eyes on Breck had not returned our call, but we walked in at 10:20. When we entered and told the employee working there we were needing to see the doctor he stated they only have the doctor there on Monday and Wednesday and the closest doctor is in Frisco. We told him that we had called and left him a message and he rudely stated we didn’t call him. Then he looked at his phone and stated he hadn’t checked his messages. I asked him how we could get to Frisco(regarding transportation options) and he condescendingly pointed in a direction and said«go that way»! I was appalled at how rude and arrogant this male employee was towards us, but as a business owner and physician myself, I stated that it would be helpful if they would not only include their office hours on their voice mail, but also include the doctors hours and days as well. He commented«well you could have just called me again at 10!» I suppose it was my job to know that a voice mail at 9am would not warrant a return call and that I should call before coming to their clinic in case there was no doctor there… even though they do not post doctors hours online or on their voice mail. This was a huge inconvenience that affected our entire morning and day… As now we have to spend the remainder of our day trying to get to Frisco. We will likely be unable to ski now, whereas we could have easily gone early to Frisco and made it back by noon. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for eye care, as they clearly have no concern for relating to potential patients in a professional manner, nor are they concerned with posting doctors actual hours so that those looking for care can know their options quickly and can seek care elsewhere if the doctor isn’t in.

Talk about one-on-one service, this is the place! We were visiting Breckenridge from out of town for the skiing and my son broke his glasses right above the temple, which popped the lens out. Unfortunately, the break was in an area of the frame that could not be repaired. Zach at Eyes on Breckenridge searched his entire stock of frames, which is quite extensive, to find a similar frame but no luck matching the shape of the lens. My son is very near-sighted and would not be able to ski without vision correction. However, we were able to call our vision center at home and they faxed my son’s contacts prescription over. We went to lunch and by the time we were finished, Zach had the contacts ready. Because the contacts were«trial lenses» they were FREE! No kidding, we weren’t charged a penny for perfect contacts and outstanding service. THANKYOU!

My only experience with this business is needing a replacement bag for my Oakley sunglasses. You know what I’m talking about? The bag that not only serves as the holder, but also the cleaner. I lost mine and while passing Eyes, figured I’d see if they had a new one. Sure enough, they did. The guy charged me $ 5, but I was in and out in a flash.

We were in town for a wedding, and on the first morning, one of my contacts got torn. I had just gotten a new prescription, so these were trial lenses, and the only pair I had. Of course, not having worn my glasses out in public in a couple of years, they barely fit. The weekend was off to a horrific beginning. I ventured to Eyes on Breckenridge in a tizzy. The owner was incredibly helpful and knew exactly what I needed! His prices are comparable to ones you’d find anywhere else, even online. If I was local, he would be my go-to eye care specialist. I really appreciated that even though I was a tourist, he treated me as though I’d been visiting his shop for years. I was able to visually enjoy the rest of the wedding weekend thanks to Eyes on Breckenridge.

The lens of my glasses popped out on the Peak 8 Super Connect today at Breck. I am flying back to New York to play a concert this weekend and needed my glasses fixed. I brought them to Eyes on Breckenridge. The man working there(I assume that he is the owner), replaced a screw for me in about 2 minutes. I asked him what I owed and he told me it was free! It does not get better than this. Need glasses fixed, go to Eyes on Breckenridge.
