First time using these folks so we shall see. Online ordering was easy, fast and efficient. Order was placed in the afternoon and I received an email that my printer cartridge shipped the same day. Also, may I add that the ink was roughly half of what I normally pay at a national office product supply store. Shipping was reasonable as well. If the product is as good as the service I have received so far they will a new customer for a long time. Keep up the good work folks!

i am tired of putting useless remanufactured cartridges in my three printers. i am also tired of paying $ 200 for a set of 4 toner or ink cartridges. after just about giving up on remanufactured cartridges i found
. these people ship immediately, are by far the least expensive, deliver a product as good as OEM, and has the most pleasant staff to deal with if you ever pick up the phone and call them. if you’re are about to give up on junk remanufactured toner cartridges give these people a call. and, if you are in so cal you’ll receive your order the next day. (maybe other places too)
