I love the design of Swarovski and I have collection of them. However, I am very disappointed with quality of the product. I wore my favorite earring today(see attached). It is evident that silver coat on the pin-catch is pilled off, resulting bleeding in my both ears. Hopefully this bleeding wont continue with infection.

I didn’t receive my refund check until May 30th, 2015! The manager claims it would only taken no more than 2 weeks, clearly she doesn’t know the store policy herself! What angers me more is the customer service department, I called once a week and they claimed that we weren’t even in the system, then when I asked to speak to a manager on duty they also claimed that there were no managers on duty which I find hard to believe. Every time I called each representative would give me the run around with different answers, often resulting in me hanging up on them since nobody could give me the truth. Also I received an email from a rep saying I would get a call from a District Manager that was 2 weeks ago and haven’t received a call. Strike 3, your out Swarvoski! Bottom line, both the store and the customer reps suck, I will never give Swarovski my business again, this company should be ashamed of how they treat their customers and their antiquated return policy! –____–

Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff, Laura in particular helped me out with a friends birthday present(several times as a matter of fact) it was all last minute, she even placed a bow on the box… My friend loved her present! hands down! Will definitely recommend this location and will visit this location again!

I am a regular and long time customer of Swarovski, as is all the women in my family and my friends. I always get compliments on my jewelry and people wanting to know where I buy it. I am happy to tell them Swarovski, in the Brea Mall and to ask for Camille. Camille is always so sweet and helpful with my shopping needs. She is knowledgeable with the product and can easily recommend the perfect gift for a special occasion. Just the other day I went in with a repair on a charm of mine and Camille handled it so professionally. I t is always a pleasure to shop at the Brea location because they make you feel like family.

Excellent customer service! Shelby was extremely helpful in explaining the policies and and I never even knew about the separate boutique stores that were licensed to sell Swarovski products. She was very courteous and informative and helped me with an exhange. Nicole helped me pick out and item for an exchange it was absolutely spot on! I’m sure my friend will love her gift. It’s nice to come into a store and find happy employees who love the brand and want to help you find what you’re looking for. This will definitely be my go to store for Swarovski from now on.

Rating of 4.5 The prices here are a bit high for my taste, but valuewise, for the crystal you are getting, it is well worth it. But I was looking for something specific, a 2013 Xmas Ornament, and the store manager Linda was more than happy to help me with what I needed. She explained to me that the thing I wanted was back ordered, and she even called 4 different other stores and gave me the verdict right on the spot. When I came in a 2nd time(as the 4 stores she had called had run out), she wasn’t there. I got someone else but she was swamped, as she had 10 other people to take care of. I understand she was busy, but the attitude that she gave me wasn’t as nice as the one that the manager had displayed. Luckily the manager came in after I waited 10 minutes and she helped me get in and out in 5 minutes, finally getting me a location that had the beloved Christmas ornament that I was searching for.

4.5 Im going to keep this VERY short and sweet. I’ve been shopping at this Swarovski store for years. Its bittersweet at times because I broke a necklace from there and replaced the matching bracelet TWICE and I refuse to replace them because my neck is pierced three times and my dermals will clash with such a gorgeous spendy piece! :(:(I love ALLLLLL their pieces! I even had a jeweler fooled with one of my pieces. I really love swarovski Juicy couture pieces. Those are my favs! Only thing that bugs me is I have to replace my bling headphones via online. The store used to have them :(PIC if you’re reading this, I’d like those headphones: D ;)

Decent selection of shiny things. Generally helpful sales staff. Return policy is 14 days. Bought bangle on 20 Feb., returned it on 2 March because it didn’t fit wifey’s wrist. Sales lady had to pull out a calendar to figure that it had only been 11 days since purchase. Then she didn’t have enough cash in the register to complete refund. Had to open new register. Sales lady was slow but friendly. I give Swarovski an «A-ok» for having a nice selection and staff. Points deducted for slow service. It took 15 minutes to get my cash back; there wasn’t anyone else inthe store.
