I used their services for a commercial inspections, Tom Taylor was my inspector and he did an amazing job. He was very professional, informative, and easy to talk to, his inspection report was thorough. I was very confident after his service. The report had very detailed pictures and explanations. I am very happy with the job and would recommend them to anyone plus they quoted me the best price I found in Atlanta.

Mike inspected the home I was in escrow for and he was very upfront and straight. The inspection took about 3 hours and he went in everywhere. He took detailed notes and photographs of what he saw. After his detailed inspection, he took his time and went over what he felt needed to be corrected and what I could handle later. I would definitely recommend him if you need your home inspected!

Mike did a great job on our home inspection. He took his time (almost 4 hours!) and looked at every angle of our future house with his super extensive walk-​through. We called him on a Thursday and he was out Friday morning with no problem. The inspection report was super detailed (60+ pages) with notes, comments, recommendations & pictures. Mike really put us at ease knowing our future home is sound. Thanks Mike!

The inspection report was very thorough. After he was through taking a look at everything he took time to explain any issues in the house. We were able to ask lots of questions. The report also had lots of pictures which helps when you need to go back if you forget something and when you need to explain things to the seller or any contractors for quotes.
