The worst experience ever.
Some one got me some dresses online as a gift, but one didn’t fit right. I get to the store, I give the lady the box and I tell her that was for exange, was a gift that didn’t fit right. Meanwhile I was looking for a diffrent one, the lady (named Ana) return the money to the card without asking me. Afte a while when I finally choose one and I’m about to do the exchange I find out she already send the money back.
There was nothing to do about it. I lost the money, I cant get it back, SO I LEFT THE STORE WITH EMPTY HANDS.
*The lady (named Ana) was really REALLY RUDE that was the worst part, she was arguing with me, saying meaningless thing, and meanwhile the manager was trying to fix her mistake. So after a lot of sorry, SORRY, sorry. I waste my TIME, my GASS, I lost the dress, and my money. The best that customers service could do is give a discount for next online purchases. LoL. You kidding, this store is berry to me. So sad that I use to like the style.

The store is great with nice dresses on display, but it’s not the only one. The sales girls are also very helpful when you’re shopping there. But if you ever decide you didn’t like that dress you bought after all and wanted to return it, be prepared for some rude attitude. I was returning a dress that I changed my mind about and had literally been sitting in its bag for a week. The girl immediately takes it out and starts inspecting it — which I don’t mind, I understand people return worn dresses. But she asked me, not once, but twice, giving me the 3^rd degree, if I had worn it. I said no, twice. She was rude enough however to make sure I don’t shop there again. Why would I wear your relatively cheap, not exactly high-​end, dress and return it. Don’t need the attitude.

horrible customer service !!! bought my wife a dress for v day the lady working there said the dress was true to size turns out that dress wasn’t the small was more like a medium. anyway when i went to purchase the tag had fallen off so they had to re tag didn’t really-​look at dress in detail but when i went to return they said that she has worn the dress and that they didn’t tag there dresses that way. and calmed there was a huge stain that wasn’t there before and wouldn’t return it back. so disgusting that they would even assume that was the case. hate this place never going back !!!

Every now and then when I strike out at my normal go-to’s, I make the drive from Tustin to Brea to check out Marciano. I started at Guess, grabbed about 10 things and nothing fit great nor was I excited about it. So, off to Marciano! I browsed the store and only picked out one thing to try on. I thought to myself well this shopping day is not looking promising. I tried on the romper and it was cute… but still missing something. That’s when Brandon came in to save the day! He asked how I was doing and I explained that I was looking for something specific. I gave him about three guidelines and within 2 minutes he was back with about 7 items for me to try on. My immediate reaction was «where did you find this stuff,» as I had just browsed the whole store. Now normally, I HATE it when people try to help because they are usually way off on my style. However, I liked 5 of the 7 dresses he pulled for me to try on. Brandon nailed it and everything he picked was the right size and looked great! I already knew Marciano has great stuff but Brandon made the experience amazing with his sense of style and great customer service. I will be calling him ahead, have him help me every time, and definitely be making the drive more often!

Guess by Marciano truly a more higher up experience than the average Guess. Here the store carries a limited number of items, super clean and organized store, staff are knowledgeable about the sales and products, and basically everything comes to a great experience when I come here. I love the girls, the manager has done a good job training her staff. All the girls are extremely beautiful, helpful, genuinely nice, and most importantly not overbearing or overtly sales driven, Unlike bebe those girls seriously need some training. Big thanks to all the lovely ladies who are always sweethearts as I wander the store trying to make up my mind.
I tend to come a whole lot specially since I work down the street!

After the experience that I had I am sad that I did not discover this store sooner. I walked in just to browse and was blown away by the recommendations and the customer service that Valarie provided. Valarie was not only patient and sweet but made me feel like we were good friends and that she wanted to take care of me and make sure that I got things that would look amazing on me. I hate shopping by myself because I never know what to buy and don’t have that second opinion to reassure me that it looks great. Now I have a friend at Guess named Valarie and will be returning to see my friend very soon.

This is a beautiful store with amazing customer service and thee best outfits to go out and look beautiful, confident and sexy. I can find everything from a prom dress for my little sister to the best vegas outfits! You wont walk out empty handed!

The more high end line for guess… not a big selection but u def feel richer for being here… service is friendly

Been wearing Guess by Marciano for years, they used to just have Guess, then Marciano, then separate stores, now its just one store, I think it makes shopping easier.
They have casual, and dressy styles, both are very sexy, and good fit, nice denim collection, pretty shoes, accessories, no matter what looks you wanna do, you can find everything there.
this store is big, good sales, they help you good, you will have a very pleasant shopping experience there.

Need a sexy dress for a party?! Well Marciano is the place! I wish I didn’t have to drive all the way to Brea but this is the only store in the OC area. They should really open one at South Coast Plaza.
I truly love this store. The clothes are super feminine and the prices are pretty decent, for what you are getting. Make sure to check out their sale racks, I’ve found some super good deals!
