UPDATE Food was horrible tonight sadly. Hummus was dry and drenched way too much with olive oil, chicken schwarma was dried out tiny little pieces. 2 small triangles of pita with the meal?!? What happen to last time I was here and food was amazing as well as service. Had to ask for refills, check, ect. Very very sad tonight. Yum! Love this place. Definitely one of my new favorite spots! The service could improve on busy nights… but overall very very good stuff! Food was amazing and cooked perfectly! Cannot wait to go back! Live the patio seating as well. Look forward to exploring the menu more.

I recently gave a review that wasn’t favorable. They are back on track with high quality delicious meals. I always get the chicken shawarma it has great flavor and is a winner. There Hummus is terrific as are most all side dishes.

I ordered the shrimp kabob and it was fantastic. The plates are served with this garlic spread that is so flavorful but be careful because it’s very strong. The salad is refreshing and zest. Service is friendly and fast

My BFF and I found this place on Unilocal after a long afternoon of shopping. The place is located across the street from the Brea mall & is in front of the gym. There is indoor/bar & outdoor seating. We got there around 730pm and the place didn’t look too full, but the host told us it was going to be ~20−30 minute wait even though they clearly had plenty of seats. There were 4 larger tables good for 4 – 8 people that were completely empty. We were starving so we opted to sit at the bar. We were served pita chips, olive oil with seasoning. After ordering, a few tables freed up and asked if we could move. The service was excellent and everyone was super nice and accommodating. The food came out quickly(~10 minutes) The goods: All entrees come with choice of meat/veggie with a choice of cold appetizer, and a side of rice, pita bread & garlic aioli sauce. *Lamb kabob medium rare. It was soo tender and juicy. For the cold appetizer, I had the cucumber yogurt salad which had a mild hint of mint which was so refreshing and complimented the lamb perfectly. Even the rice & pita bread were so good! Especially with that AMAZING garlic aioli(I was smelling garlic the next morning!). I ate about half of it & ate the rest 2 days later and it was still amazing. *Cheese Fatayer. All things cheese is good. The dough had a perfect crisp and the cheese was the perfect gooey. Our waiter was so nice & sweet enough to give us fresh pita bread to go & extra garlic aioli. Overall it was a positive experience. The only complaint I have is the limited seating. They could put more smaller tables to accommodate smaller parties, since smaller tables could always be pushed together to make larger tables :) But other than that, everything was excellent. I’ll be coming back fo’ sho!

I came here today with a couple of my girl friends, and I can say that the Mediterranean food here is great. The prices are reasonable, and the customer service was top notch. Definitely a good place to have lunch if you’re ever looking for food that will fill you up for awhile.

Great service from the entire staff, especially Nick! After you have been seated, they will serve crisp pita chips with olive oil & thyme. We ordered: D’vine mezza: hummus, babaganoush, Mediterranean salad, turshi Jallab(Mediterranean drink): fruit syrup, grape molasses, & rose water Make sure to ask for fresh pita, hot sauce, & the garlic aioli My friend got the chicken shawarma Everything was delicious & the service was great! They have a covered outdoor which has heaters. Parking: this is the parking lot of the Target, there’s tons of parking

Gave this place an extra star because of previous experience and food taste. Came here with my boyfriend and right off the bat, we were given minimal attention. Maybe it’s because we’re young, or dressed casually compared to the other business men in the restaurant. Maybe the staff’s thoughts were that younger people don’t deserve the same respect or service that other people get. Anyway, throughout our whole meal, we were hardly attended to. The food took forever to make(10 – 15 minutes) even though it wasn’t busy. People who came after us got their food before us as well. After the meal, we were given our check which came out to $ 25.92. My boyfriend paid $ 40 and the waitress came to our table to collect the money and asked«did you want change?»…are you serious? Why would we tip you $ 14 for terrible service? We said yes and she brought back the change and didn’t come back with the $ 0.08. Okay, you’re probably thinking: «8 cents? Why is she mad about 8 cents?» That is hard earned money right there. If the change is supposed to be $ 14.08, then I expect there to be the full change there. You can’t just decide you don’t want to give the full change back just because you’re too lazy to count it out. Ironically, the menu says«not responsible for lost or stolen articles»…lol guess they’re not taking responsibility for stealing money themselves.

Recently had a catch-up date with my friend over dinner. We were seated at the outdoor patio and enjoyed the live belly dancing! The overhead heat lamp was a bit too hot. We asked a staff member to lower the setting but they never got around to doing it. As for the food, I got the Chicken Shawarma, $ 12 and my friend got the Beef Kebab, $ 14. All entrees include a cold appetizer, rice and pita bread. I thought the Chicken Shawarma was too heavily salted. For my appetizer, the cucumber yogurt salad was light and refreshing! I tried a piece of my friend’s beef kebab and it was pretty good. I wish they gave more pita bread. Service was attentive but we felt rushed to finish our meal. Our waitress came up to our table several times to ask if she could take our half eaten plate. We promptly told her no but she kept coming back to ask if «we were ready for the check». It was annoying.

Came here on a Friday night for the first time and loved my experience here. Waitress was friendly and knowledgable, food and drinks were delicious, ambience was terrific. Ordered the Jallab, which the waitress recommended. It’s delicious and refreshing! Try it. The menu describes it as a Mediterranean drink made with rose water, dates, grape molasses, and carob. For our meal, we ordered a bunch of mezzas, plus our two drinks, totaled to about $ 55. Really great pricing for the amount of food you get. I really like that. Hummus and Meat Fried Cauliflower Cheese Fatayer Falafel Kibbeh All my faves and all deliciously prepared. Definitely order the fried cauliflower. So yum. And the Cheese Fatayer, Falafel and Kibbeh were on point. Loved our meal here and can’t wait to return here when I’m in the area again!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Everything was A+, service, food, and drinks. Saturday 4÷23÷16 was my first time there with my Sisters to celebrate some good news. I had the Chicken Shawarma which was amazing! I finished everything on my plate. We had Baklava for dessert, it was delicious topped with pistachio. I highly recommend the Cucumber Mint Margarita, it was so refreshing you almost forget it’s a alcoholic beverage. I will definitely be coming back here! All the Servers were very attentive to their guest during a busy lunch rush.

The staff is terrific and very friendly at this restaurant which is always a good sign that the management is good which means that the food will be good. And true to form, D’Vine was spot on in favors, ability and presentation. The manager Jamal was very gracious and stopped by the table . We live Mediterranean food and their style was a great representation, beautiful to look at and fun to eat. Thanks Jamal.

OMG if you are craving mediterranean & you’re in the brea area, this is your spot! Service was excellent with food just as good! First off, you get free, homemade, fresh pita chips served with olive oil & zatar(a nice seasoning)! We ordered the beef kabab with tabulli & the chicken shawarma with hummj! The chicken shawarma is their most popular… And definitely for a reason! Both dishes were delicious! What stood out was that their beef kabob was equivalent to a mini steak! Great quality meat! To end the night, there was a belly dancer to add a lively vibe! I am extremely satisfied from service, to portion of food, to the entertainment & easy parking. A great, simple date spot! :)

I came here last Friday night for a simple birthday dinner for my girlfriend. We arrived around 6:30pm and got seated immediately as the restaurant was not too busy yet.(It filled up shortly after) Service was friendly and the food was very tasty. My only gripe would be that the chicken kabob entrée for about $ 12 – 13 came with 5 pieces of chicken. The seasoning and flavor was very good but I was quite disappointed in the portion. Girlfriend ordered the chicken shawarma entrée and got a fairly large portion of meat. As for our cold mezzas, we tried the cucumber yogurt salad, hummus, and mediterranean salad. All the cold mezzas were delicious. Again, our only disappointment was the size of the cucumber yogurt salad which we ordered as a standalone cold mezza was pretty small for $ 6 – 7. Belly dancer came out around 7:30−8pm and was pretty fun/entertaining.

The perfect weekend lunch spot. Food here is prepared well, service attentive, and the outdoor seating is spacious. I enjoy the food here specifically cause the meat is juicy, succulent, and tender. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and the protein is always cooked perfectly. I’ve yet to find a dish that disappointed. This is so impressive to me cause kabobs are like 85% of the time dry and chewy. Immediately after sitting you’re served pita chips. They give you oil and spices to dip the chips in. It’s a nice touch. The service is fast and friendly. For starters, I like the D’Vine Mezza(sampler platter). It comes with hummus, baba ghanoush, Mediterranean salad, and turshi. The salad was crisp and fresh. The hummus and baba ghanoush were seasoned perfectly. It’s a huge portion and more than enough for three people. If it’s your first time here try the chicken shawarma or lamb kabobs. They’re my favorite dishes on the menu. You get to choose a cold Mezza and the dish comes with a side of rice, pita bread, and potent garlic sauce. Half of the restaurant is basically outdoor seating. As if the awesome food and drink selection weren’t enough! Nothing beats enjoying delicious food outside. Really helps me get some color after slaving away indoors all week. This place is definitely worth a visit!

I was on a bit of Mediterranean kick and ended up eating out at a few different spots over the span of 3 – 4 days… So I guess this had a lot to do relative to the others in comparison. We happened to go on an evening where it wasn’t too crowded so we were seated relatively quickly. However, It did take a bit of time for someone to actually come over to finally take our orders. Food is ok, we ended up with the spinach fatay to start along with the beef kebab and chicken kebab plate(they don’t have a combo plate, but you could always add one or the other to whatever plate you order) I can honestly say our food, contrary to others, was very bland. Our meat was a tad overcooked and also came out lukewarm. I don’t know the likelihood of a return.

Lentil soup: Best thing everrrr! Squeeze your lemon in there and eat it with the pita chips and… you’re welcome! I ate here for my company’s christmas dinner and the lentil soup was really the only appetizer that I thought stood out. Also tried the salad, hummus and pita bread, French fries(??? Weird to serve here), and samosa/empanada cheese thing. By the time the entrees came, I was almost full so I feel like I can’t give a really good review. The food was tasty but I think if my stomach was on empty, my judgement would have been better. I tried the beef kabob, lamb/beef ball thing(sorry I don’t know the proper name), and chicken swarma. I also tried the roasted chicken which I wasn’t too fond of. I was told this was the BEST ever but sorry, zankou chicken still has my heart. The chicken here was mostly crispy black and dry. Dessert: baklava is sooooo tiny and pretty pricey for the small amount you get. Belly dancer — she is so cute shaking her tail feather and doing her belly rolls… very talented! This was fun to watch! Will I come back? Mmmm… probably not on my own It was good but not enough to warrant the drive.

Thanks to my hairstylist, I was introduced to D’Vine which in turn opened me to Mediterranean Cuisine. I’m elated to be writing my 100th review for one of my favorite restaurants. D’Vines service is always on point. The chefs and servers are always quick to greet us with a smile the second we walk through the doors. They have plenty of seating inside or outside but we prefer sitting at the bar and watch the chefs work their magic. Before any orders are taken, the servers always drop off fried pita chips with olive oil and herbs. Each entrée is portioned perfectly. You get a choice of one Cold Mezza, Rice, and Pita Bread to be served with Beef, Shrimp, Chicken, or Lamb Kebab, Lamb Chop, and Beef or Chicken Shwarma to name a few. Beef and Chicken Shwarma is seasoned and grilled to perfection. Lamb Kebab can be ordered any way you like it. I preferred mine medium rare which was served on point. An order of the lamb chop comes with three decent size pieces. The protein at times can be a bit over cooked but when paired with the delicious tahini sauce, nothing can go wrong. Be warned: Your breath is going to be harsh after your over dip the tahini sauce. I only wish they served Gyro at D’Vine. I can only dream how amazing that would taste. The Tabouleh(salad mix of cracked wheat, tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, lemon juice, and house spices) is a refreshing side to any dish that’ll make your taste buds think you ate Spring. D’Vine’s Hummus was anything but bland unlike some restaurants I’ve tried. With the perfect creamy consistency, I won’t judge you if you get caught licking the plate. The rice itself deserves mentioning as it has to be the best rice I’ve ever had at any restaurant. I’m not sure what it is about it but the rice is unworldly. For my first ever Mediterranean experience, I couldn’t have asked for a better location to pop my cherry. Proteins are cooked perfectly and leave your taste buds begging for me. The service is always welcoming and quick to your needs. The rice and tahini sauce alone brings me back every time. Not too long ago D’Vine opened me up to a whole new cuisine and though I’ve frequented other locations, nothing comes close to the quality, freshness, and flavors of D’Vine.

Surprisingly Brea has a pretty strong presence in Mediterranean food for reasons I know not of. Either way, that’s what my friend wanted, so a quick search of da Unilocalz pooped out this place as a place we might be interested in. I must say the pictures of chicken shawarma were definitely a solid sell for me, so I knew what I was getting! And that chicken was actually pretty crispy, yet very flavorful. Mixing it with the hummus was a no-brainer. No problems with service, waitress was nice and our food came out quickly. And yeah this is suburban Orange County, you shouldn’t have any problems with parking.

I think the true test of a meal’s value is to order it to-go and see how it looks in to-go containers. This was not intentional; I just didn’t have time for a sit-down meal. If you’re able to see my attached photo, you’ll see what looks like a combination platter with a side dish and a partially eaten piece of flatbread(don’t worry the flatbread didn’t come like that heh). Question: How much would you pay for that quantity of food? May $ 15? I paid double. Granted it was not a featured combination but still. I ordered 4 separate items: — Lamb chops(4.5) — 3 pieces, thick juicy cuts. only one tasted a little overcooked. — Chicken shawarma(3.5). Aren’t these supposed to be the Mediterranean version of burritos? If so, I got the deconstructed version. Tasty but maybe a little dry small bits of chicken laid out on buttery rice, yummy but a little too greasy. Delish, white garlic lard-like paste in a cup reminscent of Zankou chicken’s. Pickles and radishes on the side. Where were the tomatoes and greens though? — Grape leaves(3) — tasty and hearty roll-ups I like to call them, but they were were like the size of two mini-twix bars. — Yogurt cucumber salad(3) — for some reason not as refreshing as expected on this heinously hot day. Location-wise, it’s a bit confusing as to where the entrance is, at least coming from the main lot that faces Birch. For some reason they oriented the main door in the back along a corridor shared with a 24-Hour Fitness – because there’s nothing like attracting ppl who are hungry and tired after their work-out.
