Doug threatened to sue me because of the damages HE caused… really unprofessional. We signed an agreement to let Doug go because of all the illegal activities he was doing. He didn’t seem to happy so he continued to send people to work on our house even when we showed him the contract to release him. Not a good company, better off going through insurance yourself and hiring a different contractor

Do not use this contractor!!! They showed up unsolicited to fire damage at my home and billed the insurance for work they didn’t do. The paint job was terrible and after 6 months of living at a hotel, the work was incomplete. I am still disputing this with BBB. I had to hire another contractor to finish the work and fix problems they created. Make sure to go through your insurance before hiring a contractor.

My HOA called Disaster Technologies when my condo was flooded due to a pipe-​break from the wall one early morning. I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else to do the job they did. They responded quickly, everyone was professional (the customer service team on phone and the guys that came out to do the actual job). Evan was with me from the first step till the completion of the project. He handled everything and was very personable and always available to help, even after business hours. These guys do a perfect job and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. My condo looks better than it ever was before. I give Disaster Technology and Evan my highest recommendation. I’ll definitely hire them again for any relevant project.

Doug with Disaster Technologies worked with us and our Insurance Company and made the process so much easier. Every detail was addressed! I called Disaster Technology Services out to give an estimate for rebuilding my living room after a flood. They had very reasonable prices and worked well with my State Farm adjuster to get everything back to normal. Doug was extremely friendly and reliable. Highly recommended!
