Everyone at Servpro has been super nice but my neighbor and I switched to another company to finish our water leak damage because Servpro would have dragged it out forrrreverrrr. The right hand is definitely NOT talking to the left hand at this facility and I I will not be using this company in the future.

I came home from a business trip at 11pm and opened the front door to a hissing sound. I took a step inside and my wood floors felt like a wet sponge. I freaked out and ran to turn off the water to the fridge, yeah it was a faulty supply line. My insurance company sent SERVPRO out the next day to wring out my house. Jhovanny was my specialist and he explained everything so well, he was very knowledgable, professional and funny. They took care to do everything right the first time. Next time I use them it will be in better circumstances but I would reco them to anyone.

Aaron and his employees provided excellent service! I had to remediate some mold under a kitchen sink before the new buyers moved in. I needed to get it done ASAP and they definitely accomodated all my needs. I even passed the EnviroChek mold testing with flying colors! Thanks again for the AWESOME work!

The beginning of this year we had a slab leak behind our business, Peninsula Dentistry and Orthodontics. We had to deal with our management company for repairs since it was a leak that we had no control over. Thankfully they sent Aaron out to us from SERVPRO of South Huntington Beach.
Our situation had a lot of delays and a lot of frustration, but not one bit of that came from ANY employee from this company. They were the shining
light for us in this 3 month ordeal. They were extremely professional, skilled and super nice people to deal with.
Anything that came up involving them was taken care of immediately!
They went above and beyond to help us, even placing new shelves up for us that had nothing to do with our damage.
When we needed someone to replace tiles on our floors they had a great referral, thanks David! In fact, we have more tile work to do not related to our leak and we will be hiring David back for our own personal repairs. We need an electrician and, of course, they have someone they are referring to us. We have the upmost confidence in them as a company and with anyone referred by them.
From those that came out to access our situation and repair our damage, Aaron, Jhovanny and Cory, to Bernadette who took care of every single one of our phone calls dealing with all of our questions with such a pleasant attitude, I can not praise this company enough. We will rely on them anytime we need any repairs done!
