I’m a beginning but serious photographer and was looking for great instruction. I didn’t want to pick up some bad habits at the get go. Center for Digital Arts is a gem right here in the OC!
I’ve had several classes now and I just can’t say enough about the experience. Really great training and service. I tried learning Lightroom on my own and forget it! After the 3 day class, I feel much more confident about using the software and getting the most out of it.
The photography classes are just as wonderful. I can’t wait to take my next class. Thank you David for putting together a great school!

I studied photography over ten years ago, before digital so I wanted to refresh my memory on the basics and learn to make my way around my digital camera. I took the basic camera class with David today and it was absolutely brilliant. I suffer from ADD so firstly I don’t sit well for a period of time, I also find it hard to concentrate. However, I was with it the entire time and learnt SO much. He answered everyone’s questions simply and made everything to easy to understand. We covered a great deal in 3 hours. I am so grateful for this class and will be definitely going back to take more.

I attended a three day Photoshop course with Bob K. I would recommend this class to someone who is a photographer or someone like myself who is a designer. Whether you have never used Photoshop, or a little advanced. I have taken Photoshop classes before, but needed a more in depth class. Bob is a certified teacher who had so much knowledge, and patience. Taught me a lot of new tools. Also, how great David, another instructor was. He took the time to answer any email I sent to answer any questions I had. This place is reasonable, and I learned so much more about Photoshop, and photography. Excellent! And great coffee too! Highly recommend.

Excellent classes for the amateur to the professional. Basics to finer points of posing and lighting. Top shelf instructors. Excellent base for photographers beginning there business and need a place to meet clients, pre-​shoot, to review, to final handshake.

The OC Photography Center is brilliant… They’ve had some amazing speakers like Scott Robert Lim and David Zeiser. I’ve only attended short seminars with Scott Robert Lim, but he’s an amazing speaker and I’ve heard his Wedding Intensive Workshops are out of this world. David LaNeve teaches amazing portraiture classes and does beautiful work, especially with families and newborns.
The facility itself is one of the nicest and biggest studios I’ve been in, the shoot room is a large warehouse space. To give you an idea, I’d say there were 150 people in it for the David Zeiser event.
This place is a gem.

I have attended workshops and programs at the Orange County Center for Photography. The facility is large and very well organized. The staff were very professional and polite.
I also found the content of the center’s programs to be very relevant for todays photography market.
I would recommend the center to anyone wanting to improve their photography skills.

I had a photoshoot here and the space is sooo versatile it was great! We were able to get in 4 different scenes in a couple of hours and they photos turned out beautifully! There was plenty of space for the hair & makeup stations and I would def recommend this facility to anyone looking to do a variety of looks in one day. It’s a fantastic one stop shop!
