This place wasn’t that hard to find. The store it’s self isn’t that big but has great selection. Prices are just ok. Some things were little over priced. But the Indian lady that was behind the counter was very nice and patient even tho I had 2 small kids with me. She was also very nice to the kids too. At this location there’s a parking lot which shares other businesses near by. Overall my shopping here was good.

The open sign is on… its 545pm… it says it doesn’t close until 6pm. The door is locked. Looks like they don’t want my business. I won’t be coming here again.

There’s a cosmetics and beauty supply store like this one in every city in the Southland. Beauty Concept is located in the Brea Union Plaza shopping center, next to Party City and L&L Hawaiian BBQ. The words in the front of the store read«Beauty Supply» and when you enter, there’s a lot of it stacked up on glass shelves. Shampoos, conditioners, hair spray, gel, etc. I’m sure there’s some makeup around here somewhere, but it’s not like that stuff catches my eye. These businesses sell the hard to find beauty products that you can’t find in your local drug store. The back of the venue also has a salon, which never seems to be all that busy when I frequent the place. How do I know? Cause there’s a sign in the front window that says, «Station for Rent.» I usually buy my hair gel or pomade here. Beauty Concept’s prices for the stuff I use are competitive, probably a couple of bucks more expensive than places like Wal-Mart. The nice Indian lady who owns the place is very courteous and welcomes me with a smile when I come by. She stamps my customer card, which gives me $ 10 off after spending $ 100. It’s not much, but something’s better than nothing, right? This review should fall under«Easy Reading.» There’s really not much to talk about. It’s just A-OK.
