This store is great. I dropped my frame I had just bought. I came back to pay for new glass and they did it for free. It was completely my fault. Kudos to your customer service Aaron bros.

Very rude, non smiling employees. Asked how much there custom frames are… freaking STARTING at $ 200!!! Jeez! And no body offered help when I was obviously struggling to find what I was looking for. Employees looked like they didn’t want to be there ATALL! Very blunt and didn’t offer any other options for a frame. First… and last time returning to this store!

Kinda pricey but wide selection and got a good deal on my three frames which all happened to be all on sale. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable associates.

Excellent service. Came here because we wanted to find a nice frame for a gift that four great friends gave us. Had never been to Aaron Brothers before, but we always had the assumption that they were pretty pricey. Anyways, we were able to visit this place. It’s next to Michael’s, so easy to find. We were immediately greeted in a friendly manner. Asked a few questions, and he was able to direct us to where we needed to go. He even walked us to the correct area instead of merely pointing it out. Found what we wanted, had the hubby look on his phone for a coupon, and went up to the cashier. Bought our frame(got it for 50% off!), and we were in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Very easy transaction. Will definitely consider Aaron Brothers for our frame purchases, as well as other home décor. They had some cute items…

Came here last night looking for an open-back frame and hardware to put a canvas painting into… No greeting when I walked in, no attempts by the staff to provide any help, even though a female employee saw me looking through frames after I had spent almost 30 minutes in the store– in fact not a single person working here said a word to me… and I counted 3 of them AND the store was EMPTY. Walked up to the register to pay and the staff kept on talking to each other at the framing counter. I waited a minute or two, and I just walked out of there out of sheer disgust. I don’t think I’ve ever been this frustrated with such a blatant lack of customer service. Maybe if I was wearing a suit or if my skin was less brown, my money would have been more attractive. Never setting foot in this location again.

As an art student the only time I step foot into this store is for emergencies! Such as suddenly running out of a certain paint and not wanting to deal with the filthy Micheal’s store next door(seriously gross). It’s a clean store, great service, but the prices can suck it! Sooo expensive.

Short Version: Great service! Long Version: You know what to expect when you walk into this store: art supplies, frames and gift ideas. The prices are fair to good. What is unexpected is the level of customer service; outstanding! I recently went in and the staff was all very friendly. But the framing department was fantastic. Steven, who works in framing, does an amazing job with framing. His work is flawless and worth whatever price is asked, which is fair. Ask for him if you’re in the neighborhood and need framing, you won’t be disappointed.
