Disappointed. I feel that these local donut shops are really letting me down with the freshness quotient. It’s 4am. Shouldn’t there be donuts coming out of the oven? The place doesn’t even smell like freshly baked donuts. Le sigh. Maybe I need to come in at 5am… Give them an extra hour to warm up. I’ll be coming back for the torta and other regional specialties. Because the pictures on the window look so tasty, it’s making me want to break the glass it’s on and eat it.
