Quality Inn On the Strip

We chose this hotel mainly BC family had already reserved rooms here and we wanted to be close. Next time, we won’t be staying here. It’s pretty outdated, air conditioners aren’t very good and the décor is kind of bland. Some pros: The bedding was clean and the hotel is pet friendly.
There is an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is nice and the water was clean. However, the indoor pool was pretty nasty, water was dingy as if kids were pissing in it all day. The indoor hot tub was also old and worn out and not very hot at all.
The breakfast here was decent, but don’t advertise certain items and not have them. They do serve scrambled eggs, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy but no bacon? The only way you’re getting any meat is the sausage in he gravy or the ham in the scrambled eggs!
So overall, since this hotel is able to charge more because of the area, they should start upgrading the rooms and overall appearance, starting with the rooms and then moving to the indoor pool.

I chose this hotel because I was looking for a pet friendly hotel for a large dog. First the room was barely ready on time. We rented the only 2 bedroom suite (suite 200). Outside the front of the room where the window to the front room is there is a table and chairs. I assumed it was ours and came with room because the room was on the end an slightly away from others. What we found was that it was a popular spot for smokers to come. At 11:15 pm, my son could not sleep because there was a group of people smoking and drinking out there. I called the front desk and was told its for all guest. I told him we are trying to sleep and he said he’d «try» to get out there. The front desk was literally across the parking lot. He never came. Then my mother who is sleeping in the other room wakes up to a cockroach crawling on her! Horrible place, don’t stay here even if you have a dog, there are other hotels that take large dogs.
