Branson, MO
Worst service in Branson. Waited 15 minutes to get a waitress over to take drink orders. Then it took another 15 to get them. In a party of 7 we only ended up with 5 of them. After ten more minutes the other drinks arrived while I went to get the manager. Said manager had a terrible attitude and did not offer to compensate anything. After a heated «discussion» he offered to comp the drinks only, not the food. He also made certain to tell us multiple times how quickly the cops could come. Apparently he has to call them a lot to help back up his poor service. Our waitress spent lots of time flirting with other tables but not in getting us drinks and the manager can’t back us up?! Don’t eat here folks. Period.

Had a server named Kalie. Salad didn’t come until after the entrée. Didn’t get drink refills until after we had our check. Told us wrong prices, wasn’t sociable, nice or used manners. We ordered the loaded fries (somehow the sour cream never made it on to it), chicken fried steak meal. When asked what the day vegetable was she said green beans or cheese and broccoli soup, I chose soup and got charged 4.49 for it which wasn’t deducted from my check. The chicken fried steak: all the coating fell off when you cut the first piece. Green beans were dry, potatoes were good though and the entertainment was good. Overall it was a nightmare experience for $ 50 and took 92 minutes of my life away. I went to McDonalds after.

Excellent place to eat — great atmosphere with friendly staff! We were seated immediately and waited on by nice folks. Our food quality was the epitome of classic diner food (came out incredibly fast as well). There is something on the menu for everyone (my ultra-​picky girlfriend loved it)!

I’d like to post a review, but don’t really want to put the effort into describing all that I didn’t like.
My kids’ burgers looked barely better than a thin, flat lousy burger from a school lunch.
The club sandwhich I shared with my wife was a good size but the lunchmeat might as well have had and Oscar-​Mayer stamp pressed in it.
The big disappointed was the ice cream. We were really looking forward to the sundays, which is why we split the club. I wonder if they were scooped with a table spoon. C’mon, you’re a soda shop themed diner, ice cream should have been huge. Additionally, the Sundays must have been sitting, waiting a while because everything was melted.
And at this point I’ll insert my general disappointment in the teenage wait staff. Lazy, clueless, hoping a smile and her pretty braided hair would be enough to get by. I’ll leave it at that.
It was obvious they take in their big business with their breakfast buffett. Good luck with that.

We went for breakfast and it was very depressing! The buffet food was good, our server was attentive, the décor was beautiful but the atmosphere was like one of those sad small town diner in the movies where the singer is very low energy and the 3 customers are all falling asleep. Maybe we should have gone for lunch or dinner.

The food was really good and was served very quickly. Our server, Lisa, was great. She was very attentive w/​out being a nuisance. We will definitely eat here again the next time we’re in Branson.

My daughter sang in Branson back in April, and this was one of the places the tour bus stopped. She sang during the meal to entertain the tour. We ate what the tour ate. Our entire family enjoyed the food. The servers were really nice and very attentive. Loved the atmosphere.

Food was ok — a little on the skimpy side. Service was rushed. Man taking our payment didn’t say thank you and didn’t seem friendly.
On the other hand, we went to cakes and cream last night and they were super friendly. The food was good too.

The food was good but the entertainer Mario made the night. He took requests and really engaged the audience. Very well worth the stop when he is in. I would call ahead and make sure he is in before you stop there to eat!

My husband said his fish was warm and that it «met his low expectations.» He’s very particular.
It seems slightly overpriced for what you get. My shake was really good. Biggest disappointment was the kids menu. Everything was roughly 9 bucks.. why so pricey?
Their website advertised entertainment at the time we were there. But there was no entertainment. So that was a little confusing.

Very good diner food; I had a steak burger and it was great. Our party reported positively on all their entrees: chili, chicken tenders, and a Reuben. Fries all around were crisp and hot. Service was excellent; the floor show was good if you are seeking some entertainment with your meal. Price was reasonable, too.

My son had the fried fish. I think it was rotten. The fries were greasy and mushy. The ice cream had freezer burn. There were flies all over the place. Creepy performers roaming around trying to sell tickets. The whole place was dirty. I gave it two stars because our waitress was nice. Keep driving though.

Came in for the breakfast buffet. The price was reasonable and the service was good. It was a good place to start the morning because the live music helps to get you motor running. Not the best breakfast but worth the cost. It’s hard to mess up breakfast so it’s hard to say the food was excellent but it served it purpose.
