Dick Clark’s American Band Stand was a big venue. There were a lot of parking in their large parking lot and had The Blues Brothers police car parked outside. The interior was bright and clean so that made me think this place was built recently but I could be wrong. There was a small gift shop in the back, a food concession stand near the entrance of the theater, and of course the box office. Once I got in the theater area, I was surprise just how big the stage was as well as the number of seats. The theater was cool(temperature-wise) but not too cool that required a jacket(to me anyways). The seats were comfortable so sitting for a couple hours was not bad. Overall, I thought this place was a good venue.
