Fantastic service, knowledgeable staff, & excellent products! Clean store & great prices on their brand merchandise. Love buying my vitamins here & any other product I need. & if u don’t think there’s a difference u are mistaken… I prefer vita gummies & once I thought oh I’ll buy from Walmart-​cheaper & I had a coupon– wow can we say nasty! I spit it out it was so bad! After u’ve tried the ones from Vitamin shop u can’t go back & I definitely won’t! So if u want quality vitamins this is ur store!

Visited this store for the first time the other day to pick up some protein. I already knew what I was looking for when I went in to the store. When I first walked in, an associate asked if I needed any assistance and I told her no thank you and went on my way to look for what I came for. When I found what I was looking for I did have a question and the associate was readily available to assist me. I did not wait at all to check out and was offered their free rewards card which I accepted. Earn money back on the previous year’s purchases– not a bad deal. It took no tim eat all to check out and get the reward card. The item I purchased was buy 1 get 1 half off, great deal and very affordable. The store was very neat, not cluttered, and clean. Everything is set up so the store is easy to navigate and you can find what you are looking for on your own. I was one of two customers in this store at the given time and I appreciated the associates allowing me to have my space to shop freely. Nothing is more annoying to me then an associate constantly following you around and this was not that way at all! I plan to shop here again!

I am a fan of Vitamin Shoppe, in general… however, I am not a fan of this location because the staff aren’t as helpful. Thank goodness I know exactly what I am looking for and where it’s physically located on the shelves… so I can get in/​out with minimal interaction with the staff since they tend to be or pretend to be preoccupied until they notice you standing at the front waiting to pay for the goods.
I will be on the quest to locate a better Vitamin Shoppe.

I have been a fan of the vitamin Shoppe for years and for the most part customer service is always top notch but that’s not the case here. Maybe I just came in on a bad day but you never get a second chance to make a first impression. All the staff seemed unhappy today and busy.

I like this place much better than gnc
