After all that’s going on with chipotle this location isn’t helping their reputation. We arrived to this location on time of opening only to wait another 5 – 10 mins for them to actually open the doors. We asked for rice which no matter if you went brown or white it was very undercooked and crunchy. We asked for chicken which they made us get extra when they gave us what looked like left overs from the day before. Only to eat that and realize it was reheated, extremely burnt, and extra salty. The guacamole was so brown… You could a 100% tell this wasn’t made fresh. For a company under so much scrutiny right now… You would think the locations would try much harder on keeping their food at high standards. After reading the other reviews this isn’t the first time they have had food issues. The manager at this location really needs to re-evaluate their service, quality, and employees here. I would recommend stopping at another location before eating here!

Worst service ever. I order online for a 6pm order. Got there 5 min later to give them some extra time. Then when I get there they completely messed up the order. Asked if I wanted to keep it. I said no, kinda wanted what I ordered. Then they said give me a min. And the people that were on line when I got there got super bed before me and the people after me. Finally got the food and they just handed me the bag, no sorry or apology, nothing!!! WORSESERVICEEVER!

I go to this and many other locations when I’m craving a burrito bowl. Depending on what time you come in, there will be a line. If you come in later in the evening it’s a quick in and out if you were doing takeout. On the night that I that I am basing my review on at this location, it was about 7 PM-ish. There was barely any line so I was able to get my order in pretty quick. Your food is put together conveyor style with your selections between you and the staff member serving you, protected by a sneeze guard. Approximately 3 to 4 servers behind the counter are putting together your burrito bowl/burrito and/or tacos as you go down the line towards the cash register. The amount of food you get per scoop(s) vary from person-to-person working there. Sometimes you get the staff member who scoops in only a little bit/minimum and other times you get the heavy-handed staff member(my favorite one) will give you a generous amount. Don’t be afraid to ask for more though. ;-) The staff is decently friendly and quick. The conditions behind the counter and into the kitchen up here sanitary. They are constantly making everything from scratch in the back kitchen area. I enjoyed the food here. I can’t resist the combination of flavors you can put together. This is my feeling about this and its other locations.

So-so speed of service today, though the first employee started off my order with a friendly smile and fast service… downhill from there. I thought I had kept a close eye on my two bowls as they were assembled. They were almost identical(carnitas, brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, quac, cheese) except for one that had added onions/peppers. I watched as they were passed down the line, but must have lost sight for a second as they got close to the register. I should of had a clue when the register person tried to give me just one bowl… shame on me for not double checking. Got home, sure enough mine with the onions/peppers was fine, the other(apparently someone elses order), missing quac, and had medium salsa. Yikes! My wife ready to kill me for getting hot salsa and no quac. Could not even eat half of it because it was just too spicy for her. Thanks a lot Chipolte!

We were some of he 1st customers of the day. Food was reheated from last night…(more then evident) … All crusted over. Straight up asked the guy making our burrito bowl… he smirked & embarrassingly admitted that the food was reheated and mixed with some fresh from this morning. The chicken was cooked but was less than Luke warm. Manager was very nice and refunded our entire check(including drinks) but we will not be back to this location.

I love chipotle. The guacamole is the best I’ve ever had! I get the salad bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, corn salsa, sour cream and guacamole. It is delicious, this location outside the mall gets crazy busy. But they offer online ordering which makes it great if your in a rush!

I don’t get it. I’d much rather a Tropichop bowl from Pollo Tropical. It tastes like Moe’s. Bland. Service was good. Went for lunch during the week. I requested the rice without cilantro, pulled pork, black beans, mild salsa, sour cream and cheese. The salsa had a little kick(and cilantro), but nothing that stood out. The beans and pulled pork were flavorless as well. The chips were good, I think that they have lime juice on them. Probably won’t be back…

This was one of the first places I came to when I moved to the Brandon area. I had never been to a chipotle before(sad because I lived in Denver) but I really don’t eat«fast food» much. Because I lived in a hotel, this was a great healthy choice and I was hooked! I pretty much stuck with the veggie bowls and the sofritas, but everything was spiced to perfection and the ingredients were obviously high quality and fresh. The reason I give three stars instead of five is because this location is crazy packed… Like line out the door packed. The staff seemed to be properly trained for the volume which was good, especially since they are a fairly new location. Also, they didn’t sell beer like they advertised upon the store opening which was a bit misleading(although that might have changed now). All in all, definitely a great choice for fast casual dining for everyone of all dietary needs. Will definitely be back, just maybe not Saturday again.

I just moved here from DC and people would wait in a long that went all the way to the front door. I was happy to see their was a chipotle close by. This had to be my worst experience ever. There were only a few people in line and it took forever. They had only one guy serving, while another guy was cleaning, and the girl at the register left after each customer so u had to wait until she cam back. It was the smallest salad I ever gotten from chipolte, The guy barely put any salad in my bowl and the chicken was mostly dark meat with alot of fat. Onions and peppers were very soggy and looked like they been sitting there all day. My stomach did not feel good after eating this crap but I was hungry at the time. I am going to have to take a break from chipotle after this bad experience and try a different location in the future.

I just experienced the worst meal I’ve ever had at a Chipotle restaurant. The service was typical of a lunchtime rush. I wasn’t disappointed by the customer service other than being required to wait a few minutes extra to receive chicken for my salad. We took our meals to-go. Upon opening my chicken salad — my usual — I discovered the chicken to be nothing but chucks of disgusting, fatty filled tendons and not the tasty white meat I have previously enjoyed at other locations. If this is the quality that this location puts out, I will certainly take my business elsewhere. I couldn’t even stomach half of my salad due to the inedible quality of the meat in my salad. This is not the product that I have grown to love from Chipotle over the years. I’m severely disappointed and will not return to this location.

Chipolte is a fairly quick and easy spot to grab a casual meal. I met up with my mom here on a whim because we were both in the area around dinnertime. It took about 10 minutes to get through the line, but that seems below the average wait time for other Chipoltes around Tampa. It was my mom’s first time there so she just copied my order — a barbacoa bowl with white rice and black beans. I get the green mild salsa and corn, with shredded cheese and light lettuce. Her toppings varied slightly. We also got a bag of chips to scoop the bowl mixture up with — my preference over tacos or burritos. The chips are so crunchy and delicious here, must be made in house. So the amount of food piled higher than the bowl. Made it messy to mix up, but it was enough to save some as a snack for later. And it all tasted very fresh. The only complaint I have is that some of the tables, especially the ones outside, were dirty. I’ll still happily stop by here again, though.
