I wish I could write this review for the Location on Oakfield Dr. in Brandon, however I could not locate that branch on Unilocal.It make one wonder why. Jackie at the front desk of this location is the reason why I would give it a low rating. Someone so interested in getting a patient’s Social Security number should make anyone do a double take including those that employee her. My Husband explained over the phone that Tricare was going away from this practice and gave her a new ID number and got his referral before his appointment. When we arrived she made a big deal about not being able to verify his insurance and needing his SS Number, not to us but to her office mate Peggy. Again when he completed his paperwork she stated she need the SS Number. She was told nope not going to happen, there is a new policy, benefits number on the card, you have a referral and we’ll go somewhere else. Well no problem then, she still needed to verify our insurance. Peggy told her retired military, and what our co-​pay was. Jackie was rude to us and rude to Peggy. We felt there is no need to verify our insurance if she had a referral. Also she seemed a little to eager to have that Social Security Number. Tampa Bay is the capital of Identity theft for tax purposes, a lot of that is done in medical offices. We have a right to refuse to give that number out.
