This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. She was very inappropriate the while time cursing, talking about disgusting things, including her drug habit. It took her 3 ½ hours for a FILL. They looked like I did them myself! As she was shaping my nails she stopped so she could shape her nails and constantly stopped to text. She mentioned 3 times about how much someone should tip her and how she uses tips to feed her kids. You shouldn’t have to guilt someone into a tip. Do a good job and you won’t have to worry. I would never recommend Michelle to do anyone’s nails. I’m sure she’s a good person but if wouldn’t go there unless u want to spend all day getting your nails done and hearing about very inappropriate things happening in her life. I’m shocked.

Sugi does a great job threading! Very precise! Clean, spa-​like facility. Finally found a threader in Tampa (originally from Chicago and went to the same lady for years!)

Came here with a friend at the start of my vacation. I had such high hopes, but it turned out to be a not so great experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It had to be the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I am not a girly-​girl nor do I get my nails done often so if I see something wrong, then something must be VERY wrong. They have a good sized color selection and I picked a dark color for the shellac manicure, everything started out good. After it was done, every nail was a different length, noticeably so. One of my thumbs was even obviously crooked and still is 2 weeks later. That was the first thing my friend commented on. Also, there was no polish around the edges of my nail which I have never ever seen before. I would say a good 5% of each nail was not covered at all with polish. I don’t know if thats how a shellac manicure works or if the nail technician was scared of getting it on my skin, no clue. Lastly, the polish was dark in some spots and lighter in others, as if it weren’t put on correctly. It seriously looks like I did this nail job myself. I am not a complainer at all but seriously felt like having them re-​do them. Unfortunately, I had another appointment directly after, so I just didn’t say anything which is definitely my fault cause they probably would have fixed it. I was just so flabbergasted, I thought maybe I was being punked.

I was disappointed! I booked an appointment at 6 PM for a one-​hour facial. She started at 6:30 and finished at 7 PM. I had prepaid for my appointment and I’m mad at myself for still tipping her. I’m sad because I was looking for a new place to get facials and I definitely will not go back. You lost a good customer!

Elite day spa is great, I always had a good time with girls :) I always get my massages and eyebrow .this is my place. nancy
