So this is probably my 3rd time to a Cold Stone Creamery and I was disappointed. I was waiting online and watching the guy behind the counter make the order on the guy before me which looked good. A group of people came in and as it got busy a guy came out from the back. He must have been the owner because he was cheap on his portions. I ordered the middle size order which came with two favors a a topping. I ordered mint with a chocolate and when he put the portion on the slab to mix is next to the other guy it was disappointing as he barely put any of the topping in the ice cream and yes it was the same size order.

There are certain times where this place gets extremely busy and the line is ridiculously long, but they keep it moving fairly quickly. This is definitely my favorite place to get ice cream. I get the birthday cake remix religiously.

Some of the best ice-​cream around!
Sure, if you’re there at the wrong time the line can be long, but they usually keep it moving pretty quickly — and with smiles on their faces.
The ice-​cream is to die for, and I love that they custom blend in whatever you want.
I always grab a package of their ice-​cream cookie sandwiches for the freezer too, delicious!

Very busy little shop. There’s fewer things better than I’ve cream on a hot day. After our dinner out we decided to swing by cold stone for a treat. I got an coconut covered waffle bowl with coffee ice cream. Was delicious. Definitely too big to eat it all in one sitting after a meal. When you first go in, you pick you cone/​bowl, from plain to chocolate covered, chocolate dusted with graham cracker, even chocolate almond, then ice cream, from about 10 flavors, then any toppings or mix ins. They even have a menu of preselected add ins. I chose Coffee ice cream, almonds and brownie pieced and it was delicious. The only «bad» review is that the store is too small for all the business. They do offer a few inside tables but no outside seating. Everything looked clean and the staff was friendly. My family is very happy after our visit.

One of the best places to get ice cream in town. I recommend the founders favorite its amazing! It can be a bit expensive but I usually went when they have the buy one get one coupons. Be careful for Friday nights unless you don’t mind waiting a little but for your dessert.

Awesome place to get your ice cream fix! Can be a bit pricey but I dare you to get the same quality and fixings of your choice at a grocery store!

The ice cream is great! Service not so good. Clientele — terrible! Had to walk out recently without an ice cream because there was one worker & he was taking forever with the slow moving girls ordering & chatting it up! The place seemed dingy. But maybe it was just the grossers inside. C’mon Coldstone speed it up & if someone doesn’t no what they want by the time they get to you make them step aside!

This Cold Stones is like all the others. Great ice cream and shakes. Also great customer service. I choose Cold Stones over any other ice cream place. The only bad side is it is a little pricey. The atmosphere is always great. I new type of ice cream That i just recently got was Oreo cream it was great.

I’ve maybe been to 2 or 3 Coldstone’s in my life. My experience is usually that the options are overwhelming yet the employees are super nice. This was also the case at this location. The friendly employee helped me decide on something to share with grandma and let me try a bunch of flavors before deciding on a Lava Cake.
In general, I find Coldstone Creamery to be too rich and sugary for my taste, but I love the concept of being able to choose toppings which are mixed on a cold slab and created for you fresh, while you wait.

I love this coldstone, the people are really nice and I never had a problem with my orders.
In other ones usually I wait forever, or they serve too lil or too much, but this place always gets it right.
I love to tip ‘em so they sing. :)
Prices are all the same as any other coldstone. :) the service is nice :)
