Positives: in store they are helpful. Negatives: called the store multiple times with no answer. It also seems their phone system is not functioning correctly, it reroutes you after a few rings, after a few calls it says«waiting» x3 then disconnects. Online it says the store closes at 9pm, but it actually closes at 8pm. A phone and internet company that has issues with its own phone and internet… ironic.

I almost hate going to a cell phone store as much as I hate shopping for a new car. Are these not the most annoying sales people around? Popped in to see the new IPhone 6(YES, I’m one of them!). My contract is up October 14th and my online account says I’m eligible for an upgrade. The deal right now is that I can give them my IPhone 5 and they will give me a free IPhone 6. My contract would be renewed for 2 years. OR, you can do their new«lease» program called«Next» where you pay a bit over $ 30 a month for 12 – 18 months with no contract(excuse me, but if you have to pay for the phone for 12 – 18 months, isn’t that a contract?) for the phone only. How stupid do they think we are? Anyhow, long story short, they would not give me a new IPhone because my contact ends Oct 14. However the free IPhone deal ends Sept 30th. Guess it doesn’t matter what my account says. My frustration with this Catch 22 fiasco had me leave the store quite abruptly. Hate being played. As far as AT&T phone service,. it’s great. I have coverage every where I go(Unlike Verizon where they still have black spots, like my son’s house, so he’s switching to AT&T so he can use his cell phone at home. Mine works just fine there). You need to be diligent in calling every few months to see what deals they have going, because there is always something new where you can save a few bucks on your bill. A recent call saved me $ 60 a month on our family plan and I actually got way more data than I had. So in short: Coverage — fantastic price — comparable store service — good Bullshit — high !!!

#166 The House of the Death Star! Seriously, these are the homes of wireless mischief. Yes they enable some of us to Unilocal incesantly about even them but what did we do before the smart phone revolution. Smoke signals? War Drums? now I’m just being silly. Anyway if you need Grand Moff Tarkin or any of his minions they are here to entertain all your wireless questions, needs, hopes and wants. Sorry, being silly again. This is a company run Death Star… uh store, not one of those rebelious franchiseeses. They will take your money unconsciounsly with unscroubulous convictions and make you think you’re happy because now you own a shiny new Galaxy!!!(Get it?) Come here on Rt 60 in Brandon and compete for parking with everyone in the world dining at Outback. On the other hand Revolution Ice cream is in this same plaza so if you need to restore your own chacras or balance your own force there is some redeeming value.
