Went here for a mini-facial and massage first. They were so welcoming and I was seen immediately. I came back for another visit. Liz did my facial the second time. She’s skilled and made me feel comfortable. I’ve been to several estheticians. Liz listened to what my skin concerns were, that I wanted to use more natural products, and she talked me through some options, without pushing me in any direction. I’m looking forward to a regular facials and a journey to improve and maintain my skin health. Thanks, Ladies!

I booked a couples massage for today at 11:00. I received a message at 10:46 to tell me that someone was sick and that they could not do it. I realize everyone gets sick but at 10:46 I was already in the parking lot. I think it was very poor customer service. It is hard for me to believe that they could not have done better than this. Then they just gave me the name of a place on the beach to go to. Needless to say I will not be back. This was my first and last experience with this spa.

I brought my mother and sister who were visiting me here from out of state for mani/pedi’s. My sister has terrible allergies to chemicals and I thought this would be clean and they use good nail polish brands for her so that was why I chose this place. Never will I return. Sister & mother said: they didn’t seem seasoned in professional manicure techniques. Poor filing of nails, very poor cuticle care — cutting leaving them rough, didn’t push them back much. Didn’t follow direction of desired shape. My mom said she cut her toe nails straight across and very short(big toe) which causes ingrown toe nails. Personally I was going to try the shellac which I normally never get — it didn’t cover my entire nail, I had to keep pointing out areas where there was no nail polish asking her to please cover this or that empty spot and it didn’t go down to the top of my cuticle so all my nails look as if the polish is already grown out for a week. It was applied very thick and looks chunky like fake nails look. Lastly, I was the last to get my toe nails done and when I was done I paid and there was no where I was directed that they have to sit with dryers so I left and yup, toe nails got all ruined so I was removing and repainting them that evening. Thank god we got the special for $ 32.50 but after tipping on the original price — the mani/pedi cost $ 42.50 including tip for the worst jobs we’ve had… I won’t mention they had run out of drinking water(only small half glass of tap water tepid offered when asked), refrigerator wasn’t working. Foot chair was leaking water and hot water wasn’t working properly, lightning was very dim in the tiny nail room. No where to dry nails. We all left without being able to sit somewhere with nail dryers for toes or fingers. Also, the nail polish supply of different color choices was limited. I would not return for nails. Even for free. The upside was: The two ladies had very pleasant personalities and it appeared clean inside.

Love this place, it’s offers a great variety of spa services, it’s clean and all the staff is friendly and there to help you feel pampered. Heather is highly recommended for prenatal massages, she was a lifesaver during my pregnancy.

I can’t speak for all of their services, as I only use one or two things they offer, but I would highly recommend this spa based on my exerience. Professional, skilled, inviting, friendly, are all words I would use to describe my times at seaside wellness. Probably the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had in my life has been here! Plus I love being able to make appointments online with no fuss.
