Worst Cold Stone ever. They were out of everything! My husband and I picked several things on the menu they couldn’t make any of items because they were out of an item or they couldn’t find an ingredient. They were out of chocolate ice cream and waffle cones… seriously? We ended up going to Winn Dixie to get ice cream. What a joke. Poor management. Hello Cold Stone… close this location the owners don’t deserve this franchise.

My girlfriend and I are big fans of Cold Stone. However, this location is an exception to the great service and great ice cream we are used to elsewhere. They are always understaffed. The ice cream and ingredients aren’t ever mixed together thoroughly. Last visit, my girlfriend’s ice cream was given to us already melted. I will continue to buy ice cream from Cold Stone, but never again from this location. Falls down to a lack of management and employees just not caring.

Dirty, unorganized, and understaffed. Ingredients were left out of my ice cream and I was asked how to make the ice cream I ordered. Had a coupon, didn’t get the proper price because the one person there didn’t know how to enter it into the register. Bad experience. Sweetberries is a much better choice.

So I thought cold stone mixed different ice cream flavored together but when I came in there was some lazy worker who decided to just put both flavors in the medium cup I got. She didn’t even ask me what wanted to mix in it for free. Then she did the exact samething to another customer. Apparently she is to lazy to perform her job correctly.
Not coming to another cold stone after this.

Oh man the poor girl in this store! She was the only person working with a full house of customers. They were out of bananas so couldn’t get the Banana Carmel Crunch:/ I threw a brownie in it and it was delicious:)
Anyways I saw, what looked like the owners come in and take milk from the back of the store. They saw how busy this poor girl was and they didn’t even offer to help her:/ not good. Based on how long it took I would not recommend this Stone Cold location.

25 Years of cold stone.
This location is fairly new and clean. The ice cream lady made my ice cream and that of my wife’s too large and needed to put them both in a larger dish. Which of course is a score!
They have a few seats out front, not as many as the Sbux a few doors down. If you like Cold Stone this location won’t dissappoint.
