This is the absolute best ice cream I have ever had, I had a scoop of carrot cake ice cream and a scoop of rocky road it was delicious the carrot cake chunks melted in your mouth and the rocky road was so rich and the marshmallows were so fresh! My mom had the carrot cake and loved it and my boyfriend had a hot dog which was delicious and beef he said. The owners were there and keeping the place clean and sooooo nice! We will definitely visit again, this trip and the next!

We always go here with the kids when we vacation on AMI. Staff is friendly and the kids go nuts for their banana splits. Restaurant is affordable and the portions are decent. A great inexpensive desert option.

Please don’t waste your money. I ordered cookie dough ice cream and might as well have gotten the vanilla. And it definitely was not worth the price for the amount of ice cream I was given. Family members for sundaes which were extremely overpriced for what we got. Very disappointed, especially after visiting a few years before.

Went there the other night with the family for dessert. The cotton candy with needs was good.
The place was very crowded, OK service and a little on the high side for prices compared to what you get. The kids behind the counter looked confused and didn’t talk to each other.

This place rocks! We went twice in one day! Joe’s is directly adjacent to the beach. They have clean restrooms for customers (important in this are). They serve food, snacks, beverages and candy. The atmosphere is sixties and the layout rocks.
They have a long ice cream display with an insane amount of flavors and they will serve them to you on a waffle cone they made themselves! Other delicacies include some great sorbet, homemade lemonade (it’s awesome), milkshakes and a great menu of finger food, pizzas and sandwiches.
They have a great amount of parking for you WHILE YOU DINE. After that they tow you if you leave your car. Also, this is a stilt restaurant. You have to conquer a simple flight of stairs to go in.
I have zero complaints. It’s great for kids and the pricing is fair for beach front dining. About eight dollars a head.

Delicious!!! There is a sign that says they make all of the ice cream onsite! It was all yummy and homemade! I had the chocolate raspberry and the two other people with me had banana and peanut butter cup.
I loved that they serve the ice cream in glass dishes instead of disposable containers! Also when you try flavor before buying they use a metal spoon. I just really appreciate that they limit the amount of waste they are making!
Great experience!
