Terrible, they said two hours. Came back a little after two hours and still had to wait 35 minutes, I’d like to mention there was not one person in the store when dropping off or picking up. Inappropriate music was playing loudly and there is a spot of light in the center of my screen, so the problem wasn’t ever solved.

This is the ONLY place I will ever go. Forget the Apple Store or the mall. Right in Renaissance Commons my shattered screen was fixed within the hour!!! Very friendly and they know what they are doing. Extremely reasonable prices. You can walk in and they will help you out. I couldn’t be happier that I went and I have my phone back. THE BEST
