I first came here pretty soon after they opened in December of 2015. The first visit was underwhelming and at the time my husband was actually really unhappy with the service we received. He kept bugging me to leave a(negative) review but I told him I wanted to wait to give them a second chance. I finally did so I’ll give some details about our problems with the first visit but how they improved with the second. So for our first visit the pizza was pretty good but the problem was the service. We were ordering 4 pizzas to go and it was our first time there. We began ordering one pizza and one of the employees who was shaping the dough said«I don’t do that» in a pretty dismissive, rude tone. But whatever. We continued down the line and witnessed one employee accidentally drip pesto into the BBQ sauce. He hesitated for a moment and then just swirled the pesto into the BBQ until it disappeared. This really bugged us. Pesto has nuts and many people have allergies. Finally, my husband and I both ordered vegan cheese on our pizza and the employee did not change his gloves even though he had just touched chicken, pepperoni, etc. To be fair, we could have said something but employees should be trained to at least offer to change their gloves when a customer orders a vegan or gluten free product. And finally, I felt that they were really stingy with the toppings. Like only 4 onion slices on my pizza stingy. The second visit was much better. The service moved more quickly and the employees were much more friendly. My pizza was delicious and they were much more generous with the toppings. While I recognize that there is usually an up charge for vegan cheese I think $ 3 is a little steep — I know what Daiya costs and it’s not that much more expensive than dairy cheese. And while it’s clear on the website which toppings cost extra, it’s not clear at the restaurant itself. The employees are good about telling you which toppings cost more, but it can mess up the ordering flow when you realize your $ 8.95 pizza may end up costing $ 16. All in all, it’s pretty good pizza and a unique concept. I think there’s still room for improvement and hope to award them an additional star or two in the future.

Great pizza! Delicious! Music was a little loud last night but we will totally go back. All toppings were fresh. No burnt crust. All 5 of us left happy and full.

This place is amazing. If there ever is a time to shock your system(assuming you count calories) Pizza Rox is worth the trip. I am a creature of habit so I have never heard of this establishment until I made the trip to Boynton for Business. The prices are reasonable and the names for the pizza are clever. I ordered the Hotline Bling and it was delicious despite having a hard time saying Bling with a straight face to the restaurant associate The only reason I could not give 5 stars is because I had my mind set on coffee and was politely told they don’t sell it anymore. It should be removed from the wall menu or covered up if that happens to be the case.

Although it wasn’t the best pizza I ever had in my life(please understand I live in Florida now but spent most of my life in NY!) I had it my way. I was in the mood for a healthy veggie pizza and that’s what I got. It doesn’t have the same taste as a real hand tossed, authentic Italian ingredient, pizza oven baked pizza, but it will do for something good and healthy to eat. I was happy, satisfied and left without feeling any guilt. Good lunch!

So far I love this place. Upon entering it is similar to Blaze but pizza is not a burnt mess. I ordered the Margherita. Pizza crust was fully cooked but not burnt. Almost like the pizza you would get in the frank area of Italy but thicker here and not the music. They add the basil after cooking. Kids got order your own and they liked it. Yes, GLUTENFREE and, VEGAN, NONGMO and plenty of salads and coffee drinks and beers are available. Trying the white wedding pizza next. Please see my pictures for more info. Looks perfect!!!

It seemed like an eternity for Pizza Rox to finally open. I was pretty happy to have another option nearby for a quick lunch. You walk into a large and brightly lit space. The atmosphere is more of an industrial look. Once you walk in you will order directly to the left. I say this because as other have mentioned it can be confusing on where to order on your first visit. Their big thing here is that the ingredients are apparently organic. I’ve tried a few of their pizzas. On my first visit I built my own pie. I definitely suffered from sticker shock when I learned that the total was over $ 20. This was my fault for not noticing the fine print on the menu in regards to the pricing per topping. I made sure not to make that same mistake on my future visits. I wasn’t impressed on my first visit, as I found the pie to be quite bland. I had the«I wanna Rox pie» which is their version of a margherita. Like my first visit I found that it was boring and didn’t offer much flavor. I’m thinking that this is because they use Organic ingredients? On my last couple of visits I had the Californiacation pie. It consists of Prosciutto Di Parma, argula and Parmigiano Reggiano for toppings. They also use San Marzano tomatoes here. Although I’m not sure if they’re the DOP ones. This has been my favorite pie here thus far. I give them props for slicing the Prosciutto fresh. Service and friendliness have been inconsistent on my experiences. Sometimes everyone is super friendly and other times they’re not friendly at all. As far as the service piece goes, sometimes they’re slow or quick moving you through the line. They do serve Panther coffee which is great. So no need to go to the nearby Starbucks for an espresso fix anymore. I will continue to come back, however, it will be when I’m short on time for lunch and am in need of the convenience factor above all.

I am gluten free and have been here twice! The concept is awesome subway for pizza you pick your toppings and the pizza comes out quick! Their gluten free crust is the best I’ve had in Florida yet. And both times I have eaten here even though there is a chance of cross contamination I haven’t gotten sick at all! Amazing we will be back often!

I can only review the service here, as it was so bad I cut my losses and cancelled my order. I asked what they put on the white pizza, simple enough of a question. The employee answered«mostly Alfredo sauce.» Me: «As in chicken Alfredo?» Employee«I don’t think there is chicken on it.» Me: «Is there someone else I could ask?» Employee«I have no idea» Time to go.

I’m from the pizza capitol of the US, New Haven, Connecticut, and honest to god I felt like I was back at home when I took my first bite. Completely delicious from tip to crust. Pizza is cooked quickly, but comes out cooked, cheese comes out melty, crust comes out crispy. Would definitely return when I’m in the area!

Love love love, this concept is great. Fresh made dough that they roll out in front of you, you pick your toppings and squad. Then they put your pizza in a stone oven, takes about 10 mins to get it. It’s delicious and just how you want it. A must try!

For pizza, this place is pretty darn good. It’s clean, new, has two flat screen TVs for Sports and overall atmosphere is good for almost any occasion. I love the format of customizing pizza right in front of you, and man they customized mine exactly how I wanted it. If you love brick oven pizza’s this is definitely the place for you. The desert brownie & Gelato weren’t anything special but this pizza was pretty great. One of the best in Palm Beach County.

This place is awesome! Online ordering makes it easy to order for a group. the regular crust was good but the Gluten Free crust is insane! You wouldn’t even know the difference!!! Blown away. Not to mention the staff is so pleasant and friendly, they could get by even if their pizza sucked. We will be back every week. The only negative is they don’t deliver. Luckily for us, we live a block away. Keep it up guys and thank you for the Gluten Free crust. It was amazing. Never making homemade GFree pizza again.

Decided to check this place out as I heard it was good. So happy I did! Had the Hot for Teacher pizza which had just a little bit of sweet and hot flavors. It was amazing! Has jalapeños and this hot honey drizzle. Omg! The service was great and I will definitely be frequenting this place for my pizza cravings! Oh and they have beer and wine too!

Lunch time on A Saturday. Not too busy when we got there around 1:45 pm, but that was not to last. Within 20 minutes, there was a nice line. A very cool build-your-own pizza concept, much like Chipotle with burritos. Choose everything yourself or pick a signature pre-built. My wife built her own, while the two boys and I got pre-builts. The staff was excellent. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The toppings were fresh and visually appealing. Excellent cost vs serving… you get a nice sized pizza for your money. Enough that we pretty much brought home 1 ½ pizzas. The speed of delivery to the table was surprising. I don’t think it was even 8 minutes before we were eating crisp and hot pizza. Well cooked and extremely flavorful. Beverage bonus: $ 1 draft during lunch time(12 – 5), and an excellent selection of local brews(there are others, but really… drink like a local!)…the best of Due South and Copperpoint, with Funky Buddha in bottles. Beverage negative: no unsweetened iced tea, although they said they’re working on it. Great service, great food, great selection of your in the mood for pizza. A few salad options, but pizza is really the niche. 100% recommend and will definitely return.

I love pizza cooked the correct way(quickly with super high temps) so when I saw that this place was opening I was excited. I went about two weeks after they opened and went a little early for a lunch hour. The place is nice and clean/streamline. The seats are a bit hard though. I felt slightly rushed because there were people waiting to take my order and the menu is on a board above the prep station. There were many pre-defined pizza choices so reading through them was a bit time consuming. So much so that I just decided to get a regular pizza so I could get the multiple employees to stop watching me read the board. That part is a bit awkward. I would try and decide before you go or sit at a table and read the board and then walk up. Because the pizza is cooked the correct way, the pizza is ready by the time you pay and get your drink which is under 5 minutes tops. If you are in a rush, this is the place to go. Also, the pizza’s are enough for two people, one hungry person, or one person wanting leftovers. The taste is average to slightly above average. I believe the cheese left me with the best impression. It was good quality. Everything else was OK. I’ve had better. I’ve had worse. They score points with speed and ambiance. The place is very hip. They lose points with the menu board location/ordering process, and seating comfort. I would go back when nearby and wanting a pizza quick. I am not making a trip there specifically.

Open for 3 weeks so we were curious to see how they were going to do pizza differently. The place is very reminiscent of Chipotle style, clean lines and hard chairs. We weren’t the only ones who walked in and we’re confused about where to order. Once we got thru and paid the food came out quickly. This isn’t traditional pizza, the crust cooks very quickly because it’s so thin. The toppings however don’t cook as quickly and the onions were raw. The flavor was good and there was plenty to eat, we split one pizza. We also tried a salad, good not great. We both agreed that it was ok but missing something for the overall experience. Everything looked good and clean but there was no energy in the restaurant to bring us back anytime quickly. Maybe in a few months after they’ve had time to work out the kinks we will come back to try again.

1⁄3 — Pizza a la Subway style. You order pizza as is on their signature pizza menu or you can make your own. Pretty cool concept. I can see how someone can eat a whole pizza by themselves but being not a huge eater, we shared with three people, 1 slice each and someone got to eat 2. They cut the pizza in 4 big slices. This seems like a fun place to go and to work. All employees were friendly, attentive and fast. The place is super clean and it is very modern looking. This is the future of PIZZA!!!

I love the concept behind quick personal pizzas and Pizza Rox didn’t disappoint. We had already been to two breweries and just wanted a quick bite before going to our next stop so three of us shared their bbq chicken pizza. It was really good with a nice tangy bbq sauce. They had a nice selection of their own creations or you can personalize your own. Really quick service and friendly staff. A good selection of craft beers too. They did a nice job representing local breweries.
